I have watched and given many keynotes in my career. NICE could do a master class on it. The content, timing of animation with the spoken words, visuals--really incredible. If you have an opportunity to go to a NICE keynote, do it! You'll learn from the content and the production.
To me, this level of detail and perfection says a lot about a company. The amount of time, energy, and practice to accomplish this are non-trivial. It sends a message that the company wants to impress its customers at the event and also that they matter.
Should you go the extra mile and exceed expectations in keynotes? I say yes. It keeps people's attention and conveys much more about the company. Shout-out to Einat Weiss and her team for their role in the success.
