Hey @AirFranceFR brilliant job you lost two bags on two separate trips within a week that’s quite a record as you approach hosting the summer Olympics- nothing like celebrating excellence as the big event approaches

Preliminary consumer sentiment falls again for Jun as short-run inflation expectations hold steady at 3.3% and long-run inches up to 3.1% - people don't believe the 2.0% inflation target anymore, but they do believe they'll keep getting poorer:

Interest on the debt in May was equal to 79% of all personal income taxes collected that month; no roads or bridges, no hospitals or military, no Medicare or social security, JUST INTEREST... Does Congress have any idea?

Looks like @RishiSunak wants out early the question is why? What does he know that the British public don’t about what’s going to happen in the next 12 months ?

Modern day air travel @Delta telling passengers to be obedient and take your newly allocated seat. Brilliant pre planning doubtless. #fail #CustomerExperience Gate staff said “read the small print” we can move your seat at will. Ops and CX training in order perhaps?

"More than 40% of U.S. personal income taxes in America are consumed just in interest on the federal debt. If the spending is not cut soon, Argentina-style hyperinflation will follow as the only way to pay for excessive government spending..." (w/ @profstonge - link in reply)

I have watched and given many keynotes in my career. NICE could do a master class on it. The content, timing of animation with the spoken words, visuals--really incredible. If you have an opportunity to go to a NICE keynote, do it! You'll learn from the content and the production. To me, this level of detail and perfection says a lot about a company. The amount of time, energy, and practice to accomplish this are non-trivial. It sends a message that the company wants to impress its customers at the event and also that they matter. Should you go the extra mile and exceed expectations in keynotes? I say yes. It keeps people's attention and conveys much more about the company. Shout-out to Einat Weiss and her team for their role in the success. #NICEi23 #keynotespeaker #keynotespeaking #keynotes #CX #contactcenter #CEO #CEOinsights

That’s one less bumbling, incompetent, dishonest, destructive so-called global leader down, only a few dozen to go
