The Twitter road back in 2011 was fun - building @SurreyRoadCops from a few hundred followers, to over 100k, but now the platform has lost its way, becoming toxic, full of misinformation and not ‘fun’.

Vehicle stopped by #VanguardRST on Friday 11th April as it was shown as uninsured. When stopped, the driver admitted to being disqualified and provided a positive #DrugWipe. Driver was arrested, and van seized.
In custody, the driver refused to provide the required blood sample, so was charged with Driving Whilst Disqualified, No Insurance and Failing to Provide.
Due to multiple previous offences, the was remanded until the next court where he entered guilty pleas, was released and will be sentenced at a later date.

The driver of this BMW, already on a Section 59 Warning, decided to drift around a roundabout at a car meet in Brooklands—right in front of a waiting #VanguardRST car. 🚔 Checks also revealed no insurance. Car seized, driver reported to court with 9 points already. #Fatal5

The BMW M4 driver had previously been warned under Sec 59 for previous bad behaviour behind the wheel. This slipped his mind when he forced cars out of the way on the M62 (one was an off duty officer). He was reported for excess speed (90mph) and the BMW was seized @gmptraffic

The driver of this Mercedes didn’t have much luck on the M3—or with #VanguardRST Skipper. Already on an interim ban for drug driving, intel suggested he was using this car. Confirmed. He refused drink & drug tests. Arrested for disqual drive & fail to provide x2. Vehicle seized🚔
Vehicle stopped on M3 motorway by #VanguardRST as it was shown uninsured & the owner had been sent an @OpTutelage warning letter.
When stopped, the driver failed a #DrugWipe for cannabis & no insurance could be produced, so the driver was arrested & vehicle seized.
