We have lots of exciting events coming us this year, some of which are our popular Abseil down a wind turbine (yes a wind turbine) @PortofBlyth a woof walk at Paddy Freeman Park, our annual @Great_Run where we have lots of runners taking part, we still have spaces for the Juniors

It is Complementary therapy week! Do you have a workspace or place that would like to have some well deserved 'me' time away from your desks? We have our very own therapist here at Bright Red who can supply massages, reflexology, Indian head massage and even crystal therapy
