I wish the whole country could let the young person in Navan know that we love them and we are enraged. I wish they knew that we would have given anything to stop this from happening. I can’t put into words how upset I am about this violent, relentless attack.

This is what happens when you FLUSH A PREGNANCY TEST down a toilet in a small business. Burst pipe. Gym & office flooded. Cancelled classes. Annoyed members. Cleaning, plumber, carpenter, new carpet bills. Leaks in to downstairs neighbors & their bills. Est 10k - 15k damages 😭

So excited to be opening our 6th @F45Training studio in Dun Laoghaire tomorrow. This ones been a long time in planning and covid related delays so it’s extra special to get over the line! Just 4 more studios to get open in 2022 to hit out goal of 10 studios. 🚀

Fit-out on our 6th F45 Training location in Dun Laoghaire started yesterday. Things are moving faster now with location 6/7/8 all due to open in Q1 next year. 🚀

Please read & share our statement with @IrishFamiliesTS in regards to recent press on AHR legislation. We hope all departments are still working towards pathways to parenthood via international surrogacy. The urgency of recognizing our children’s equal rights cannot be ignored.

My insurance for our chain of F45 gyms is up for renewal and is up by 35% on last year. Despite no claims and despite the fact all locations are currently closed. Little risk for the insurance co. Massive payments due by us with zero income. 😡

one for @Paschald, @sisuclinic we have almost 50 employees total, 10% of these are in Belfast, there we got a 25k restart grant FOC plus no rates for a year, in republic we have gotten zero besides 3 months defer of rates,being told to borrow, as a SME we feel ignored
