Dance is a physical and mental workout which requires focus and guts. Dance is for risk-takers, team-workers, innovators - and definitely not just for girls.

Such an incredible 1st week working with @Rideoutism on Biomechanics of The Treadwheel. The combination of Meyerhold & a history of prison hard labour. Can’t wait for the performance on Thursday #participatoryart

A huge thanks to @Rideoutism it has been a pleasure to work with you and the team. The two performances by the brave men today in Stafford Prison was amazing combining Meyerhold & a history of prison hard labour. #participatoryart
One way of getting men to dance is to start them early! There should be more dance projects for boys in primary and secondary schools! If they are inspired as young men to take part in classes or workshops then the dance floor is not such a scary place when they are an adult. xitter.cf/bbc5live/status/935129…
We're live from the Blackpool Tower Ballroom to get as many men dancing as we can.
