Another morning, another finished INDX print. Should be able to get one more plate in before the show tomorrow afternoon. I was so worried about the gold silk here running out, there's barely 3 wraps on the spool. But it just uses the right amount. The amount of detail, even running fast, it very nice.

Currently printing on the @Prusa3D CORE One+ with @BondtechAB 8-Tool INDX and it's going really well! I'm hoping to wake up to some great progress. Recognize the model? Also, WHEN DID WE GET LIVE CAMERA STREAMS IN PRUSA CONNECT??!?!

Once its running, the @BondtechAB INDX does a really nice job. The best part... since there is so much less waste, you get more parts out of a spool, instead of dumping a lot of filament into poo or a wipe tower. And, you dont have to worry about how much of a small detail color you have left.

NEW VIDEO! Checking out the harder, shinier, and injection molded INDX. Along with what new kit LDO has been cooking up, and lastly, making plastic look old with sculpt coat! Cheers! youtu.be/YuTZpSqQGBo @BondtechAB @LDOmotors

A new contribution of INDX in the Wild comes from steviemcwonder. And he’s made this one properly his own. Along with getting INDX up and running, he decided to give it a more personal look by printing his own custom side covers. Because why stop at the setup when you can make it look like yours too? Different printers. Different setups. Different ideas. And we really like seeing the personal touches you add along the way. Thanks for sharing this one with us, steviemcwonder. Keep sending us your INDX builds – we want to see what you do with them. #indx #bondtechindx #indxinthewild #3dprinting

You may notice that new INDX Tools look slightly different from the first tools we shipped. We have moved the tool housing parts from SLS production to injection moulding. SLS has served us well throughout the development and early production of INDX. As production volumes increase, we are now moving these parts to injection moulding. For the same reasons, the INDX Toolhead will also be supplied with injection moulded housing parts from now on. What are the benefits? Injection moulding gives us stronger and more durable housing parts, greater part-to-part consistency, a smoother and more refined surface finish, and a manufacturing process better suited for larger production volumes. You’ll also be able to see and feel a difference in the surface finish compared with the slightly more textured finish of the SLS parts. What if you already have SLS Tools? Nothing changes in terms of using them. Your existing SLS tools remain fully functional, and there is no need to replace them because of this change. New tools will from now on be supplied with injection moulded housing parts instead of SLS parts. We also know that some of you may prefer to have the same look across all your tools. The injection moulded housing parts will therefore be available for existing SLS tool owners who would like to replace the parts themselves. Replacement parts are available here: bondtech.se/product-category… This change does not affect the functionality of existing SLS tools. It gives new tools stronger housing parts with a more refined finish, while also moving us to a manufacturing process better suited for larger production volumes. If you have any questions about your existing tools or the replacement parts, please contact us here: bondtech.se/contact/

Niceee, awesome! I can't wait myself for INDX for my Prusa Core One!! (Probably next year sometime I hope)
This week, we’re looking at @hartk1213 Voron V2.4 – running INDX with 6 tools. But there’s a clever twist to this one. Hartk designed a custom reverse gantry, mounting all six tools at the rear of the printer instead of the front. The result? The entire front stays open and clear, giving easy, unobstructed access to the build plate. A smart solution, a clean setup and exactly the kind of creative thinking we love seeing around INDX. Six tools tucked away at the back. The build plate all yours at the front. Did we mention that we love INDX? If not, we do. ❤ More INDX in the Wild next week. #bondtech #bondtechindx #indxinthewild #voron

ICYMI we unveiled our ObXiDian 500 INDX nozzle for the first time at #3DPrintopia and even had it printing on the @BondtechAB booth! We’re bringing E3D’s wear-resistant nozzle technology to Bondtech’s INDX platform, giving users who print with highly abrasive materials a more durable option. The nozzles have a steel body and hardened steel tip and we plan to offer both standard and high-flow versions (with a hardened steel insert for the CHT version). Development is progressing well, with the first batch of prototypes now being made. They’ll soon be heading to Prusa and Bondtech for thorough testing. If everything stays on track, we’re aiming to launch in the Spring. We appreciate this feels forever away but it has to be perfect, first time. Please bear in mind that this is our first induction product so validating the steel increases the timeline. #INDX #Prusa #ObXiDian500 #3DPrinting

Hi! These holes are just to uniform wall thickness for injection molding to avoid sink marks. Feel free to remove them for 3D printing.

Clear @BondtechAB INDX upgrades coming soon 😬 Covers won't be as clear as PCBWay parts @jan_tec showed but they'll still look pretty sweet and most importantly, won't take hours of sanding and made in Canada 🍁 Plate from @properprinting to be machined locally in 1/8'' PC 🔥

We got a picture on our Discord, and for that we say big thanks. Meet dagolardus our INDX Founder #311. One of the people who jumped on board early, backed INDX from the beginning and is now putting it to work out in the wild. And yes, seeing Founder machines leave our hands and turn into your builds is nice. Thanks for sharing this one with us, dagolardus. Got an INDX build you think belongs here? Drop it in our Discord. We’re always watching. #bondtechindx #indx #foundersedition #indxinthewild
