Accountants/IPs enabled HBOS Reading, hid the theft of £1 billion.
The accountants signed off 'rigged' accounts in @NatWestGroup & @LloydsBank in 2008/09/10 to hide the missing hundreds of billions (not tens) until that could be stolen back from SME customers.
I'm dealing with a number of cases at present where forged documents have led to insolvencies, administrations and bankruptcies. Forgeries done not by those in financial hardship but dome by the accountants & IPs, to create financial hardship they can profit from.
Not even good forgeries like @natwest e-disclosure produce with their extracted and doctored PDFs but old fashioned composites, overlaid photocopies.
They are at the heart of financial corruption in the UK as @premnsikka so rightly called it with use of their 'Fiddle Factories', creating fake documents.
Time for a public inquiry into the accounting & insolvency 'professions' and proper independent regulation.

There is much more to it Artur.
How she was treated by @LloydsBank
How they tried to shut her up. I was working with Sally until the Turner's / @SMEAllianceLtd did a deal with @LloydsBank to get me off cases in the Griggs Review.
She was told along with others, don't trust Middleton, he's violent, incompetent, ripping victims off, we were the brilliant negotiators they said & Nick Gould from gunnercooke (now suspended over abuse of vulnerable PO victims) with the "Turner Method".
All lies. driven by greed from people who had barely worked a day in two decades. Despicable people who had taken over £30,000 from a dying parents bank account & then abused vulnerable HBOS Reading victims for their own financial gain.
A deal cut in a quiet room between Nikki Turner & Adrian White @LloydsBank COO, 'blood money' to get rid of the risk I posed and turn over the real victims.
Those are the facts, many now know that.
As Paul Moore said to corrupt @LloydsBank directors, you know who I am, you know where I am, sue me...
Gould sat reading a book all day at their mediation, his first. Before promoting himself as a banking & mediation expert the next day.
All lies backed by the same untrustworthy @kevinhollinrake you quote as supporting Sally. The politician who turned over 60,000 plus SME victims with the BBRS & then despicably used his failure to promote himself to @CommonsTreasury
If you had no reason to mistrust @toryparty previously you definitely have one now with its car salesman (sorry Estate Agent) Chairman @KemiBadenoch
He supported a completely incompetent Halford Hall - as Paul Moore said 'Sue Me' - to look after Sally's case instead.
I was told & suspect that didn't go well...
An unqualified director of @WB_UK with no financial qualifications or expertise representing one of the most maligned & mistreated whistle-blowers in the UK>

SIX BANKERS JAILED
Sally Masterton was a forensic accountant at Lloyds Banking Group (@LBGplc). In 2013 she wrote an internal report, Project Lord Turnbull, documenting how HBOS executives had deliberately concealed a £1 billion fraud at their Reading branch before Lloyds acquired them.
Small businesses destroyed. Lives ruined. Fraud siphoning money to pay for kickbacks, prostitutes and Barbados holidays.
She was pushed out in 2014. Lloyds publicly denied the report was even authorised. They called her a rogue employee acting alone.
The police, meanwhile, were writing letters saying her work was vital to their investigation and trying to have her co-opted onto the case.
@TheFCA received the report in 2014. They did nothing for years. Nothing. The regulator whose entire job is to catch this exact thing sat on it.
Six HBOS executives were eventually jailed for a combined 47 years. The fraud was real. The cover-up was real. Masterton was right about all of it.
Lloyds settled with her twice. The second time, in 2018, they formally admitted the report was commissioned by the bank and apologised, saying she had acted with integrity and good faith. That is what institutions call justice when they want to avoid the word sorry.
The FCA was fined £45 million for concealing the fraud. Not a single board-level executive was held accountable. The £45 million fine went straight to the Treasury.
Thames Valley Police spent £7 million investigating a fraud they could never recover from the fraudsters. The Chancellor at the time refused to reimburse them.
A woman who did her job was fired, smeared, and silenced with a non-disclosure agreement. The people who covered up a billion-pound fraud kept their careers.
Nothing about any of this was an accident.
MP Kevin Hollinrake (@kevinhollinrake) called her treatment disgraceful. He was right. It was also completely predictable for anyone who knows how these institutions protect themselves.
Share this if you think the public deserves to know.

And there is the small matter of the fact it seems you cannot find any law firm in the UK, who you can trust to take banks on.
They're already controlled by them or desperate for their business.
And trying to find a lawyer who will advise you on anything, without running to counsel is near impossible.
95% plus of so called lawyers are post boxes, admin staff, PA's to counsel selling £25 per hour services for £4-500 per hour, car salesmen focussed only on billable hours.
Try asking any of them how many times they have represented anyone in court (without counsel), how many cases they have won & how much they have won and where you can find the precedent.
Good luck with that one...

Eileen in November 2017 my team won a multi-million settlement for the Turner's.
Alleged friends.
When I stayed in their home when attending events at Parliament etc. I always felt guilty because, 'they said' they had no heating only one electric radiator, that they would put in the bedroom I was staying in.
Allegedly gifted music promoters/stagers people but actually people with a worthless business, no successful artists.
Paul Turner boasted to me how he got the 'gear' for the bands & was proud to show me a picture of him rolling a spliff on a barge on the Thames for Bob Marley, unusual...
At an SMEA Alliance meeting in Bristol Andrew Keats boasted to me @efgbricklayer & others how as custody Sergeant he'd leave the 'necks' of drug bags open so they could take a few out & 'fit up' someone brought into custody.
He was & his erstwhile business partner were asking desperate victims for £2k a time to examine their files as Detectives, they never had been.
Keats appeared on RTE TV stating he was a detective, it was not a fact @efgbricklayer called him out on this.
Nick Gould stated he never earned a penny form SMEA members, it was a lie he referred everyone to gunnercooke lawyers, he earned at at least 10% of all the fees & more on fee splits.
After abusing SMEA members as unelected Chair he moved on to the vulnerable Post Office victims, he is now being investigated, I have provided evidence.
In late 2016 before rather stupidly I had worked out how these 'grifters' operated I said to my colleague, I feel bad we should pay for some heating for them.
We did, multiple heaters for the house they chose, approximately £2k from memory.
When we won their case in late 2017, they then went in the press & stated it would be the first time in years they had heating at Christmas...
They went on to say to victims, MPs, journalists etc. we were incompetent, we had let them down, they were the real experts...
It was all about the "Turner Method" they said, all their idea, their wok despite the fact they didn't know how a mediation worked until we set it up & managed it.
It was lies fuelled by an extra £1.1m compensation Adrian White @LloydsBank CEO gave them to destroy my reputation & get me off cases.
We were winning every case & exposing criminals & money laundering @ThamesVP had not found.
We went to a champagne bar with our counsel, had a drink, they told us how brilliant we had been, they wanted to pay us something extra for our work they said, we said don't worry we made Lloyds pay all of the fees.
Just days later with Adrian White's £1.1m in their pocket they set out to destroy my reputation.
He's violent they said, ripping people off (after I negotiated an £8m plus net settlement) they never paid me a penny, he's aggressive, abusive they told MPs & others...
Does this look like people you have just made millionaires unhappy with your work...

AI can be somewhat inaccurate depending on input.
At times its accuracy is below 70-80% & can make up events that are not factual.
In my experience Judges are very inaccurate, certainly below 50% & can make up facts & ignore evidence in the Courts & in judgements.
When a consumer is taking a Bank on, that accuracy level tens to drop to 10% or below. As they and the learned counsel representing the Bank nod to each other & finish each others sentences off. I've seen it happen.
Personally I'd rather face AI than most Judges I have seen in the UK. Certainly in the City, where I suspect their Lodge & connections can decide a case before they even see the evidence...

You have to be careful in that view, I don't agree.
When the Turner's/SME Alliance decided to/were paid to, destroy my reputation in late 2017/ early 2018 by Adrian White the nasty little crumple shirted COO of @LloydsBank despite the fact my team's negotiations had made people with a worthless business multi-millionaires, I hit back on social media.
It was me & @Nat_Worst plus a few loyal supporters against the sold out SME Alliance, Gould, Keats etc. & the Fair Business Banking APPG, Hollinrake etc. a group allegedly set up to support swap victims.
An APPG who wouldn't talk about the Hidden Credit Line fraud, that destroyed most of their members.
They of course were winning but I still did reputational damage with facts about their collusion with & covertly taking money from the very banks they were supposed to be taking on.
I was then invited to Parliament by @kevinhollinrake for exactly the same conversation.
Let's work together he said.
Please work with the SME Alliance, Buchanan, the FBB APPG I was told, we're all in this together.
Said the man who got promoted to the TSC for successfully setting up a compensation scheme for bank fraud victims, the disgraceful BBRS scheme he peddled with his best estate agent snake charming...
I replied I don't work with pseudo victims ripping off real victims & people like Buchanan who lied about me & went out to destroy my reputation.
I knew it was because I was exposing her for having no financial qualifications, experience or expertise whilst trying to get rich off real victims misery.
That was one of the last times I was asked to 'Work Together' with people.
I refused.
I stand by that decision and who I choose to work with or not on these matters, is my decision.
My standards are my own...

Below is my email to @APPGbanking on 23 May 2019 when they 'fixed' their broken link on their website so I could finally see who was funding them.
I grew suspicious of the APPG in 2014 when the Chair Gueto Bebb, had promised to ask the FCA to meet with me to discuss my concerns over Hidden Credit Lines at a dinner in Wales, just a week later he refused & suggested he had never said that.
He had - over 200 people heard him...
@efgbricklayer was there & can verify the events.
All of the Bully Banks directors were there, most of whom repeatedly told me I was wrong about this as they collected their membership fees and fabricated the names of hundreds of members, to pretend they had 2,000 members.
That was the figure @TheFCA had told them they needed - 10% of the victim population to represent them all in negotiations with the FCA, on the IRHP Review - compensation scheme.
Bully Banks directors told members they were chasing £30 billion with losses & consequential losses. The dire negotiations led to a paltry £2.2 billion & virtually no consequential losses.
@TheFCA made every bank sign an undertaking their Review would comply with the 'Rules', then called all of the Skilled Persons in & replaced the Rules with the 'Sales Standards'.
The Standards did not include consideration of the Hidden Credit Lines or their effect, which was to destroy tens of thousands of SMEs, with the undisclosed credit breaching Loan to Values and triggering SRM, GRG & BSU transfers and insolvency.
Hidden Credit Lines on @UlsterBankNI & @LloydsBank Fixed Rate Loans were just a major fraud @TheFCA is still desperately trying to cover up despite @jameshurley 4 excellent articles in the Times.
The FCA specifically excluded consideration of 'contingent liabilities' and credit lines, the banks lied that the losses were not 'foreseeable' and kept tens of billions stolen from SMEs.
At the dinner in Wales, I was representing the widow of a victim, who on the verge of losing his home had taken his life to protect his widow, the bank had enforced a PG based on an undisclosed £190k swap credit line & was going to sell the house to collect its profits from the fraud.
At the same time Bully Banks directors were staying in a 2 bed flat in London, with expense cards paid by victims contributions, whilst I and others supported the victim & his wife pro bono because they had no money.
Bully Banks choice of lawyers Slater & Gordon wanted £2k on the table before they would even read the file & refused to help.
Five years later the APPG allegedly representing swap & Fixed Rate Loan victims, still would not expose the fraud.
Victims I explained the Hidden Credit Lines to, approached the Secretariat and then Chair @kevinhollinrake who refused to write to the banks on the matter.
The funding I exposed below & the people the APPG were promoting to represent victims, amongst other concerns, led to an MP with integrity @normanlamb step down as Co Chair just as he did from the whistleblowing APPG when @CompassnInCare exposed similar concerns about WBUK.
Sir Norman had not been aware of it because rather than disclose it on the Parliament website @NatWestGroup and the other banks paid the money to the Secretariat, who then donated it to the APPG...
Was it my exposing the bank funding that led to them blocking me on X, or might it be because I allege that they along with @TheFCA have misled Parliament about this magnitude and effect of this fraud since inception?
Or was it my reporting that the APPG's Director of Policy and head of the Secretariat had the benefit of a 3 bed flat in Horseferry for 2 years around this time worth circa £50k pa provided by @SMEAllianceLtd Directors.
Or the fact that I raised my concerns that the same directors were then promoted them as stakeholders on the sham BBRS compensation scheme & the @LloydsBank morally bankrupt Foskett Compensation schemes.
Or perhaps is it because I reported my concerns that a Parliamentary staffer was failing to declare such a substantial benefit and I have the evidence that the Commons Registrar was misled about the benefit.
Bebb got the Tory 'Whip' role after Chairing the APPG, an interesting promotion for someone allegedly taking on banks & @TheFCA but then he never was successful on either front...
The @SMEAllianceLtd directors quadrupled their compensation in the Foskett Panel after agreeing new Rules in the Foskett panel that destroyed the compensation rights of many REAL victims.
Victims bankrupted because of the fraud then faced the same fate again.
The BBRS set up to provide redress to 60,000 victims paid millions out to its Board, peanuts out to about 6 victims then shut down. Controlled at the start by the banks via a hidden membership, it was a sham, a con, promoted by @APPGbanking & @SMEAllianceLtd in conjunction with @UKFtweets
Sir David Foskett broke his promises of meeting with any victim, even if they had a Trustee. His team refusing David Morgan's widow a meeting on 5 occasions. Leaving her to fight a fee hungry Trustee, collecting funds for non existent debts & failing to investigate potentially fraudulent proofs of debt.
Perhaps its time to stop letting the Banks & FCA pick their usual 'safe pairs of hands', to negotiate with now the largest financial fraud in living memory is going to be exposed.
If the Public Inquiry we are demanding leads to the tens of billions of assets stolen from SME's being returned with interest, possibly the largest boost to the economy & Revenue available, then those same bad actors must be nowhere near any discussions or negotiations.
This time the benefits and compensation should be for the victims not the pseudo advisers.

What did you ask me to take 1 week out of my diary to provide a complete description of fabricated @NatWestGroup court disclosure documents & tell me it was prime evidence & I would be meeting with you and the NCA, when you now tell me I had missed the cut off and IN 4 YEARS you have done nothing with those documents.
Why did you tell @Nat_Worst when he gave you evidence naming the @NatWestGroup signature forgery trainer, that he would be meeting the NCA when 4 YEARS LATER that hasn't happened.
Is what I am being told correct, that other persons have copies of the files and have set up a claims management firm to exploit the information?
Why have you after 4 communications ignored/failed to answer that question?
Why are you saying you are in a dialogue with the NCA and preparing a new batch of evidence when the NCA wrote to Mark Wright (see below) on 21 December 2023 to confirm the investigation was closed.
Are you still being supported by @APPGbanking and if so why have they and you done NOTHING IN 4 YEARS?
Who gave you permission to give a full set of the files to @kevinhollinrake I certainly didn't and the documents I provided were legally privileged.
Do you realise the severity of the issue if those highly confidential files, including several hundred from me that were legally privileged, have been improperly disclosed?

Today on #WorldSuicidePreventionDay, we remember all those—like my own loved one—lost prematurely due to financial abuses perpetrated by the UK's largest banks, right in plain sight of @TheFCA. Our loved ones will always remain in our hearts, forever more.
❗ TODAY IS WORLD SUICIDE PREVENTION DAY
Today is World Suicide Prevention Day. Observed every year on 10 September, this day — led by the International Association for Suicide Prevention and co-sponsored by the World Health Organisation — exists to remind us that suicide is preventable. This year's theme, "Changing the narrative on suicide," is a call to replace silence and stigma with honest, compassionate conversation.
At TTF, we believe that starting these conversations, and knowing how to listen when someone reaches out, can genuinely save lives. Today, we're asking our community to check in on someone they care about, learn the warning signs, and share this message so more people know that help exists and that hope is real.
You can access full details here 👇

If you or someone you know is struggling, please reach out — you don't have to face it alone. In the UK, you can call Samaritans free, any time, on 116 123, or text SHOUT to 85258.
TTF has been very mindful of just how damaging financial exploitation can be, especially when there is associated regulatory failure, ever since the sad passing of our volunteer Ian Davis RIP.

Some time ago I emailed the FCA.
I don’t trust them but they are the financial services regulator.
I asked them for support/help because as a person acting commercially as a banking regulation consultant but also predominantly pro bono as chief adviser to BankConfidential I was dealing with so many cases of vulnerable and suicide risk cases.
As a victim of bank fraud myself with Barclays and then GRG, who barely survived I have all the mental trauma/PTSD etc. issues associated with the experience but I was lucky I had my financial skills and experience.
Many SMEs didn’t and certain cases were so devastating they left a permanent mark on me, including the previously successful and self-made multi-millionaire businessman who facing losing it all, killed himself and left a final note asking me to protect his widow and sort the bank out.
When I sent the email I was so stressed with weekly/daily calls from people in the same situation, vulnerable/suicidal, I asked the FCA for some support, all of my work on these situations was pro bono.
All of the FCA board were copied in.
With the widows consent I included a copy of the suicide letter.
I got back a weeping emoji from Non Exec Director John Ball, I asked him if that was genuine concern or if he was being facetious, he did not respond.
He was later told to apologise by the Complaints Commissioner, after @TheFCA tried to dismiss my concerns.
I asked for a meeting to talk about support for SME victims of bank frauds but I was told @TheFCA executives are too important & busy, the Complaints Commissioner supported that response.
I put 3 complaints to @TheFCA Complaints Commissioner Rachel Kent,
I did not know at the time that she was not only hired by @hmtreasury she was also a lawyer at @HoganLovells where she was a lead legal adviser to @hmtreasury on banking risk.
I had worked out the @NatWestGroup Ulster Bank fraud which was then exposed in the Times by @jameshurley in August 2023.
Ms Kent was installed by @hmtreasury 3 months later as I was doggedly pursuing exposing that fraud and the Hidden Credit Line frauds with @BankConfidenti1
No doubt pure coincidence...
@hmtreasury were I believe centrally involved in the cover up of that fraud as @TheFCA executives may now be.
We don’t just have a failed, captured & corrupt regulator in the UK they seem to be soulless, inhuman individuals driven by career/financial gain.
The FCA has proven to be legally and morally corrupt, we will soon prove that irrefutably.
We don't just need a new regulator, we need the Hillsborough Act & giving the the Economic Crimes and Corporate Transparency Act to mean something.
Directors in charge of Banks when fraud is exposed and then covered up like McEwan, Horta Osorio, Hester etc. should face criminal investigations.
Instead they were rewarded by accolades like OBE's & Knighthoods supported by a corrupt @cityoflondon giving them freedom, for services to banking.
But the worst criminals are those behind the Asset Protection Scheme & Non Core divisions and for that @TheFCA @bankofengland & @hmtreasury executives and mandarins should be the first ones investigated,
