@AmericanAir Time to get your contract with the mechanics sorted out. The delays are getting to be completely ridiculous and your frequent travelers are paying for it. Right now, AA 1631 is an hour late because maintenance took the logbook and won’t give it back. Not a joke.
@AmericanAir Going on 9.5 hours of mechanical delays over 2 flights in 2 days. CLT-PUJ-CLT. How about some miles? I’m thinking 50,000 is fair compensation and a bump in status. This is ridiculous.
