October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month. As a survivor of domestic violence, I have a message for women in similar situations: you can leave, and you can find success in whatever comes next. There is hope and a future beyond an abusive relationship.

As of this morning, the #Dbacks are no longer in charge of their own playoff destiny.
And a Padres win tonight would make that final series of the season null and void.
Arizona's playoff odds are down 31.1% just over the last week, and now at 12.2% (@baseball_ref).

The Diamondbacks, as a team, are hitting .165 with runners at third base this season.
That is dead last in MLB by six points.

Since pitches were first tracked in 1988, Mitch Bratt is the only rookie lefty in MLB to have an outing where he:
tossed 7.0+ innings
allowed no more than 1 hit
struck out 9+ batters
threw under 100 pitches
earned the win

The #Dbacks would be 162-0 if they could play the Giants every night.
Shocked that it's not the @Dbacks.

D-backs hitters still last in MLB in June in swing % on pitches in heart of zone. Been last every month
Torey Lovullo said a month ago they addressed this issue, coaches have worked with hitters on it, but they still take too many middle middle. Mystifying

Amongst all qualified NL pitchers—
#Dbacks
RHP Paul Sewald is t-1st in Saves with 3
LHP Eduardo Rodriguez is t-1st with a 0.00 ERA
RHP Michael Soroka has the 7th best ERA at 0.90
Just as we all thought.
Happy Opening Day, @Dbacks! ⚾ I had a blast interviewing VP Debbie Castaldo and many other nonprofit leaders (ex. @phxmission) in celebrating the $100M given to local charities in the Valley. Even got a pic with @DbacksBaxter!
