House Majority Whip Tom Emmer, the highest-ranking lawmaker from Rep. Ilhan Omar's home state, is calling for the "Squad" member to be jailed and deported if federal investigators prove she or her father lied on immigration paperwork to obtain her U.S. citizenship.
Emmer told Fox News Digital that various allegations have swirled for years and that a judge's decision to authorize the search warrant on Omar's D.C. home — where federal agents seized her cellphone and other possessions — signals probable cause that a federal crime was committed.
Omar fired back on X, calling the raid "an attempt to target political enemies and weaponize federal law enforcement." House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries called it "deeply disturbing." Emmer says it's accountability long overdue.

The address is a house in Lakeville, Minnesota. State records list it as the registered office for her Grit Partners Consulting, which she set up in December 2022
That same address is tied to Diversity Childcare Center, and state health records list Aimee Bock as a contact for that center. Bock is the Feeding Our Future ringleader
The excuse given for skipping the Rochester event? A "family emergency." Now we know she was talking to the feds!

Ilhan Omar’s sister voluntarily sat down with federal investigators after agents searched the congresswoman’s home.
Sarah Noor’s phone had already been seized earlier in the year. Text messages recovered from the device were used to obtain the search warrant for Omar’s Washington residence.
Noor then met with investigators of her own accord following the raid. She later canceled a scheduled book event at the University of Minnesota, citing a family emergency, and is currently based in Kenya.
USCIS and DHS records show no naturalization file for the man listed as Omar’s father, Nur Omar Muhammad, under any name variation.

Ilhan Omar and her husband's so-called "winery," known as "eStCru LLC," was never even real. They were caught selling empty barrels of wine, and it was shutdown for FRAUD.
There was no physical location of the winery, no contact to the business, their public media was abandoned, and Omar's 3rd husband, Tim Mynett was caught defrauding investors, who was then sued, which then somehow the business in 2023 went from being valued at around $15,000 to $5,000,000 in 2024...
To top it all off, one of the so-called wine's labels was literally called "The Devil's Lie."

The Trump admin isn’t playing about.
House Oversight Chairman James Comer says Rep. Ilhan Omar and her husband’s winery was reportedly SHUT DOWN amid fraud allegations involving EMPTY wine barrels sold to investors.
Comer says the winery was a major part of Omar’s financial disclosures, which showed her husband’s businesses skyrocketing in value from just $51,000 in 2023 to as much as $30 MILLION in 2024.
“They were apparently selling investors barrels of wine to be aged, but there was nothing in the barrels.”
The Chairman says the massive increase in reported value raises serious questions about where the money came from and whether undisclosed investors were attempting to gain political influence.
He also says there are “multiple fronts” on which a search warrant could have been issued based on his investigation.
