RWA & The Tokenization of Collectibles track at the Ultra Web3 Festival examines the comprehensive technological stack required to transition traditional capital on-chain. Across this track, our featured speakers will deconstruct the essential layers of this new financial ecosystem: asset tokenization, data resilience, and cross-border settlement. Featured speakers include: Lau, Co-founder of Next Rare (@NextRare_cards), details the operational mechanics of bridging physical assets on-chain through institutional-grade vaulting, authentication standards, and verifiable digital certificates. Winchman (@Plus_Ultra_715), Founder of Renaiss (@renaissxyz), unpacks decentralized custody, showing how the protocol transforms independent vaults into on-chain verification nodes for transparent proof-of-reserve. Scott Asbury (@scottrips), Co-founder of DYLI (@dyli_io), explores the financialization of consumer RWAs, illustrating how smart contract redemptions create secondary market liquidity and new economic models for tangible assets.

The Intelligence Layer track at the Ultra Web3 Festival examines the comprehensive technological stack required to integrate artificial intelligence into decentralized networks, deconstructing the essential layers of this next-generation computing ecosystem. Featured speakers include: Aileen Lei, Co-Founder of Atomic Strata (@AtomicStrata), details the infrastructure of AI statefulness, exploring how configurable semantic memory allows autonomous agents to maintain context and auditable workflows. Chionh Chye Kit, CEO of Width (@WidthGRC), addresses AI-driven compliance, illustrating how intelligent co-pilots automate complex regulatory reporting and risk mitigation for enterprise digital asset platforms. Dr Liew Voon Kion (@drliewvk), Technical Advisor at Grafilab (@Grafilab_io), unpacks decentralized hardware layer mechanics, detailing how CeDePIN models aggregate global GPU compute to deliver scalable AI inference APIs.
