The Octant allocation window opens tomorrow. If you want to support colibri + PAP, or any of the 15 projects, set up today. It takes a few minutes:
1. Create a Human Passport at app.passport.xyz with the wallet you'll donate from. You need a score of 5; a brand-new wallet may need a few stamps, e.g. by linking web2 accounts
2. Have at least 0.008 ETH (about $20) in that same wallet. The minimum contribution is 0.007 ETH, the rest covers gas
3. Tomorrow: go to epoch.octant.app, connect your wallet and add the projects you want to support. You can split your contribution across several of them
Half of what you commit goes straight to the projects. The other half is swapped to GLM and burned, which is what unlocks matching.

A QR holds only a few KB. Animated QRs turn that limit into an air-gapped data channel—using fountain codes to reliably transmit large payloads, even when frames are missed.
