So the amount of votes was too high in figure and in words so the had to cut a piece of paper, gum it on the actual result then wrote 10 on the piece of gummed paper. Zoom in and see the mess.

The crude election rigging in Rivers State under the semi literate thug @GovWike hits a new low! 227 voted for @NgLabour was crudely cut to 27, with the remaining 200 then added to the APC's 17, giving them a "victory" of 217 votes in Oro-Igwe unit of Obio/Akpor LGA!
