šŸš— TWO DESIGNS DOWN. ONE MORE TO GO. We have completed the second vehicle design for our upcoming collection, bringing us one step closer to launching a collection with multiple 3D vehicle models. This new model takes inspiration from a compact Jeep-style vehicle. We have started with this color scheme, but we also plan to explore additional colors. Our objective is clear: we don’t want every mint to feature the same vehicle design. We want to introduce distinct models, starting with at least three different designs. Two are now ready. One more is still in development. BUILT AS SELF-CONTAINED 3D ASSETS ON BITCOIN These vehicles are inscribed directly on Bitcoin using GLB / glTF Binary, a 3D asset format that can contain the model and all the data required to render it within a single inscription. Unlike approaches that depend on external recursive resources to assemble the asset, a self-contained GLB can carry its required components together. This makes it a strong format for 3D asset interoperability across platforms that can retrieve the inscription content and render GLB files. The first vehicle is already inscribed on Bitcoin. Parent inscription ID: 96f76f8390ebe02715027fbaf143095f6e3ef358819e1fb0a92bf73fafef7d30i0 View the parent inscription on Ordinals: ordinals.com/inscription/96f… Our goal is to create 3D assets that their owners can use beyond BitmapCore, including in other worlds, games, and platforms that implement a compatible GLB viewer. We had initially planned to launch this weekend, but we want to add more variety before opening the mint. We expect to share another update within the next week with more information about the launch. Who is planning to mint one of these vehicles? We would like to hear from you as we prepare the collection. More details soon. #Bitcoin #Ordinals #BRC420 #BitmapCore #3D

🚨 DIRECT BLOCK NAVIGATION Navigating an interactive world containing nearly one million Bitcoin blocks presents a significant challenge. Finding a specific block by moving through the environment manually can be difficult, so we have been working on a more direct way to explore it. You can now search for a Bitmap and go directly to it. We have added a search bar in the upper-left corner of the 3D environment. Enter the block number and press Enter, or use the navigation button, and BitmapCore takes your avatar directly to that block. Instead of having to navigate through the world searching for a particular location, you can select the block you want to explore and arrive there immediately. Once there, you can begin exploring its structure within the Interactive World. The feature may look simple from the user’s perspective, but implementing direct navigation across such a large 3D environment requires considerable development work. We are still refining navigation throughout the world, and there is more work ahead. Search a Bitmap. Go to it. Explore it. This is another step forward in the development of BitmapCore’s Interactive World. #BitmapCore #Bitcoin #Bitmap #Ordinals

ā›ļø BITMAPCORE — MISSION 1 IS 99% COMPLETE Mission 1 is dedicated to Bitoshi Blockamoto, @blockamoto creator of Bitmap Theory. The objective is to drive Bitoshi from Station 1 to Station 2 within BitmapCore’s Interactive World. NAVIGATION IMPROVEMENTS BitmapCore’s World contains one million blocks, making navigation challenging when the entire environment is zoomed out and the world appears very small on screen. Since navigating such a vast environment is not always straightforward, we have implemented a feature to make it easier for players to find their way. On the right side of the screen, an orange Go to Avatar button, marked with a radar-like icon, allows players to return directly to their avatar’s last position. When the World is zoomed out and the avatar is difficult to locate, this button automatically brings the view back to the avatar at maximum zoom, centered on its most recent position. This eliminates the need to manually rotate, explore, or search through the entire environment just to find the avatar again. This is an important step toward making BitmapCore’s World easier to navigate as we continue improving its mechanics and overall user experience. MISSION OBJECTIVE AND MAP Vehicle handling has improved considerably. The car now follows the center of the avenue more naturally, helping maintain its position while steering and making navigation more comfortable. We have also implemented a dedicated map feature to help players locate their destination within this vast environment. By opening the Missions (M) menu and selecting Map, players can access the map and locate Station 2. The destination is marked with a green circle, while an arrow on the radar indicates its direction. The map can be zoomed in to identify the destination more clearly. At approximately zoom level 106, Station 2 becomes clearly visible, making it easier to navigate toward the objective instead of searching through the vast world manually. There is still work to do. Some street intersections and connections need further refinement to make the roads look smoother and more consistent throughout the environment. This is a development update, not a finished release. Mission 1 is an experience being built within BitmapCore itself. It is not an inscription or a mission recorded on Bitcoin. Our broader goal is to develop an interactive web-based environment that can evolve toward game-like experiences while working with Bitcoin assets. We are building step by step, improving the mechanics, simplifying navigation, and refining the environment as development progresses. We are getting closer to completing our first mission, and we wanted to share this milestone with everyone following the project. More updates soon. #BitmapCore #Bitcoin #Bitmap #Ordinals

VEHICLE AVATARS Today, we continued working on vehicle selection and movement within BitmapCore’s Interactive World. We have reached an important step: users can now select a vehicle as their avatar and use it to move through our environment. In our current implementation, travelling in a vehicle allows the avatar to move faster than walking. There is still work to do, particularly on the driving mechanics. Steering does not yet feel as fluid and natural as we want it to, so we are continuing to refine vehicle handling and movement. Our focus is on improving these details gradually and making the experience more consistent as development progresses. Although the World is already accessible online, it remains a work in progress. The functionality shown here is a development preview, not a finished feature. #BitmapCore #Bitcoin #Bitmap #Ordinals

šŸš— BITCOIN CARS — MINT PREPARATION UPDATE We are preparing the mint of our 3D Bitcoin Cars collection. So far, 10 vehicles have been created, and the collection is taking shape. The mint website is already ready. You can visit it to explore the project and see the vehicles we are preparing: bitmapcore.net/mint These vehicles are 3D assets inscribed directly on Bitcoin. We are developing them for use in BitmapCore’s Interactive World, but their purpose is not limited to our platform. Because the assets are inscribed on Bitcoin, their owners can take them to other platforms, virtual worlds, or games. A platform only needs a viewer capable of retrieving the inscription content and rendering the 3D format. The asset itself does not belong exclusively to any one platform. That is the advantage of putting actual 3D assets on Bitcoin: they can move beyond the environment for which they were originally created. Why haven’t we started the mint yet? First, we want to complete the collection before opening the mint. We expect to have it ready between Friday and Saturday this week, although the exact mint date has not yet been confirmed. Second, current Bitcoin network fees are relatively high. Our platform fee for each inscription is 0.0003 BTC. This is separate from the miner fee required to get the inscription confirmed on Bitcoin. At the time of our assessment, the inscription service we use quoted approximately 0.00054 BTC in miner fees at 1 sat/vB. This is a separate cost, not a fee set by BitmapCore. It can increase with the fee rate required to process the transaction: at 2 sat/vB, the cost can approximately double; at 3 or 5 sat/vB, it can rise accordingly. We want to complete the collection and choose a suitable moment to launch, taking these costs into account. One question for the community: should we open a whitelist? Our preference is to keep the mint open to everyone. However, if the community believes a whitelist would be valuable, we are open to considering it. A whitelist would allow selected addresses to access a designated early-mint period before the public mint. Would you prefer an open mint or a whitelist? We welcome your feedback as we prepare the launch. More details soon. #NFT #Bitcoin #Ordinals #BRC420 #btc

ā›ļø INTERACTIVE WORLD 3D Today, we’re sharing a new development update from the interactive world we are building with 3D assets inscribed on Bitcoin. This video focuses on the streets and how they are taking shape within our environment, including their layout and connections between blocks. There is still work to do. The geometry of some corners, intersections, and street connections needs further refinement, and we are continuing to make adjustments as development progresses. These details are important to creating a consistent environment that users can eventually explore. The project is still under development, but we wanted to share this progress and show how the world is evolving, one element at a time. More updates as development continues. #BitmapCore #Bitmap #Bitcoin #Ordinals

🚘 BITCOIN CAR — OUR FIRST 3D VEHICLE, INSCRIBED ON BITCOIN We have officially inscribed our first 3D vehicle on Bitcoin. Inscription #127567523 This is an important milestone for BitmapCore: a complete 3D asset recorded directly on Bitcoin, where its inscribed content remains on-chain rather than depending on BitmapCore’s servers to exist. The inscription is the asset. The viewer makes it visible. Here is what makes this format special: the vehicle is inscribed as GLB / glTF Binary, a standard 3D format recognized by platforms that already support it. On Ordinals.com and UniSat, the asset can be viewed directly because these platforms recognize the format and have compatible viewers built in. No external viewer or separate application is required to display it there. Other platforms can also retrieve the inscription content and integrate the asset into their own environments by implementing a compatible 3D viewer. The asset is not tied to BitmapCore. We are developing BitmapCore’s Interactive World to use assets like this, but their potential goes far beyond our own platform. They can be integrated into compatible virtual worlds, games, and other interactive 3D environments. They can also serve as avatars, giving users a 3D identity that is not restricted to a single ecosystem. šŸ›’ We are now preparing our first mintable collection of interactive 3D assets on Bitcoin, built around this same principle: actual 3D assets inscribed on Bitcoin and designed with interoperability in mind. Tomorrow, we will share more details about how the mint will work and where it will take place. BitTick Agents holders will be able to mint these assets with a 50% discount. We are proud to take this step toward making Bitcoin-native 3D assets more accessible and reusable across platforms. Inscribed on Bitcoin. Built for more than one world. #Bitcoin #Ordinals #BRC420 #Bitmap

3D ASSETS ON BITCOIN If an external platform needs to display a 3D Bitcoin asset, can it request the inscription content directly from Ordinals and render the asset without depending on a specific platform, engine, or proprietary architecture? We tested real Bitcoin inscriptions across different 3D architectures. We found two approaches that meet the requirements for a fully self-contained workflow: 1. GLB / glTF Binary The inscription contains the complete 3D model and its required resources. An external platform can request the inscription content, receive the GLB, and load it using a standard glTF loader. 2. Self-contained glTF JSON The model is stored as glTF JSON with its binary buffers embedded directly through data URIs. The result is essentially the same interoperability model: one inscription, one request, no recursive dependencies, and standard glTF tooling. We also tested recursive/generative architectures such as OCM Dimensions. These assets are absolutely on Bitcoin and can produce real 3D content. However, their architecture requires the external platform to understand the specific generation system, dependencies, and rendering logic. That distinction is important: Being on Bitcoin is not the same as being directly interoperable as a standalone 3D asset. This research may also be useful to other Bitcoin developers. There are already projects working on virtual worlds, 3D environments, games, and other interactive experiences around Bitcoin and Bitmaps. If those platforms need to represent actual 3D assets, the way those assets are stored on Bitcoin becomes an important part of interoperability. Our goal with this research is not to define a single ā€œcorrectā€ format. It is to identify formats that allow: Platform X → request inscription → receive 3D asset → render it in its own environment. If you are building a Bitcoin or Bitmap platform that needs to work with 3D assets, we hope these findings are useful. And if you know of another inscription architecture that provides the same level of direct interoperability, we would be very interested in testing it.
