My apologies for the rudeness, however your initial post is replying to someone clearly bashing Mike and your message was also presented in a way that implied his entry had a direct cause and effect to SLNH issuing more shares.
Pretty sure an investor, especially with an initial smaller stake doesn’t influence how a company issues shares. I’d say SLNH took advantage of the opportunity of increased volume due to the attention Mike tends to attract. How does that implicate him?
I’d also suggest evaluating what exactly those shares were used for. Just complaining about dilution leads to the assumption they are just paying their salaries and bonuses.
Seems to me the shares were put to practical use to benefit the company and the common stock holders.

HODLing cash to do share buyback and squeeze the stock?
Or simply keeping cash to cover pref dividends.
