McDonald's is a real estate company that happens to sell burgers earning $7.3 billion in rental income YTD.
63.5% of it's revenue and 38% of its profit came from rent payments often at large markup's on their land.
This is across 41,000 stores in 100 countries in which corporate only operates 2,100.
Gotta love when @JiffyLubeCares screws up your standard oil change so badly that they strip the drain plug and dent your oil pan. Now I’m out of a car for the next three days while it gets a new oil pan installed…
