According to the information we have received, Oklahoma Medical Marijuana businesses are considered essential services and will not be required to close at this time.

The Oklahoma Medical Marijuana Authority has extended the date for mandatory testing at an OMMA Lab from April 1st to July 1st. The delay means all products sold to a dispensary will have to be tested in an OMMA licensed lab by July 1st.
