So no investor day today after all from $BBIO. Something cooking, I suspect we may hear of them bringing Gondola Bio in house very soon.
$BBIO this is great and all, but is the Commercial Day previously planned for Oct 8th still on? @BridgeBioPharma

Very interesting - its been a week since $KOD released Daybreak Ph3 data, but they are yet to raise cash. This is in the context of a >200% stock move up and being down to 6M of cash. Seems very bullish, particularly after Baker (already a >30% owner and on the board) bought on the open market last week. Wouldn't be surprised if $KOD gets taken out before YE.

$KOD data is true home run. Vabysmo is on a ~$6B runrate with ~12Wk durability in the real world, reformulated tarco shows it can push 6M. There will be some regulatory questions to work through, but no doubt $KOD should be a $10B+ stock.

This is a key point. PDR progression and vitreous hemorrhage could simply be due to lack of VEGF from $MRK molecule - we see these AEs in higher rates from sham in past DME trials. $SRZN asset may bypass this issue given its aVEGF component.
Replying to @plainyogurt21
Probably still +ve for $SRZN? We now know MoA works, AEs are either from wnt or from absence of VEGF and if it is the latter, 8141 is (in theory?) the correct approach?

$MRK's WNT with positive Ph3 data in DME. This is significant as its the first non-VEGF MONOTHERAPY to show success in retina, after steroids. Nice readthrough for $SRZN as its next up with a VEGF/WNT bispecific. merck.com/news/mercks-remigr…
Would $MRK be hiring a US sales leader if they knew that Brunello failed? Data is scheduled to be presented next month at AAO, seems very bullish for $SRZN

Very true
One of the harder aspects about equities investing (and biotech, in particular), in my opinion, isn't figuring out what truth is or where the stock will gravitate towards eventually, but rather all the potential irrational buying/selling pressure (and timing thereof) that will materialize while it gets there and how to manage the risk of such positions in the interim.

Is it odd that $ASND hasn't announced date for earnings yet? 🤔 They usually PR a week in advance and we are well into earnings.

$MLYS is an interesting name. $AZ is signaling $5-10B in peak sales for its ASI, so you would think $MLYS should be trading multiple fold higher given they have a second in class agent. But for $MLYS to unlock the projected $AZ sales comp, $MLYS needs to pursue fixed dose combos, as $AZ currently is in Ph3s. It will require lots more $$$ and they are already behind. It doesn't help that the HTN launch will be slow and will also drain $MLYS of their current cash position. So $MLYS is in desperate need of a large pharma partner - this doesn't give them much leverage at the negotiation table. The flip side is that a large pharma can scoop up $MLYS for fairly cheap. By spending $4B, you have access to a $4B+ peak sales opportunity! We think M&A is the likely scenario here, and the recent royalty repurchase is a step in that direction.

$DNTH down in the pre on $SNY Rili I/A reaching futility seems like Mr. Market overreacting. Not surprised on $SNY failure - they pushed Rili in refractory pts while $DNTH's CAPTIVATE tests mostly SoC tx pts. Recall, $DNTH already passed its I/A without need to pursue HD in Part B, so they have a much more bullish set up going into their YE readout.
