Last week at the Joint UCB-UCSF BioE retreat organized by @BioE_Beast, I had the pleasure of attending an equity, inclusion, and belonging workshop led by the amazing @ChrissyStachl, Founder & CEO of @ReflectEquity.
This is an especially needed conversation in #academia.
