BsubCyc (Bacillus subtilis 168 database) received significant manual curation recently, including several new pathways, all riboswitches, and some high throughput data for transcriptional regulation and terminator locations. Many new summaries for genes and proteins were added
BioCyc just released new updates to the genome database of model cyanobacterium, Synechocystis PCC 6803, which include new reactions and pathways, small RNAs, locations of transcription start sites, and links to external resources for genes that are part of mutant libraries.
