While human fetal hepatocytes can be robustly grown as #organoids, adult primary #hepatocyte organoids remain difficult to expand. Delilah Hendriks et al have solved this expansion issue by adding Il6 and FXR activator to the medium doi.org/10.1038/s41467-024-4β¦
