Absolutely flabbergasted at the appalling service from @HM_Passport 10 weeks since my application and ‘no updates’ & no idea of when my application will be reviewed 🤯 others I’ve spoken to have had theirs between 2-4 weeks

So this guy from Groundscapes aka @LQHomesMatter has been sat there since at least 12.15pm bunking off work. Wonder which poor @LQResidents is paying for this one? Probably all of us. Still waiting for a response to the cellar being under 2ft of water @LQcontactus on Fri morn 🙄

When you’re trying to leave @SkyUK and they are shouting at you. 🤯😩 Not sure they’ve actually got any customer service skills. On the bright side I’m now a VIP customer 😂😂

I’m trying! Online team are saying I need to call again 🙄 I wasted 1hr 40 trying to leave or resolve last night, I’ve lost the will! Such a shoddy level of ‘customer service’

It’s a two bedroom flat, but these people are using it as three because they are using a basement room without windows/ ventilation as s bedroom. The place is overcrowded.

Why don't you just fix the door @LQHomesMatter & @Remus_Mgmt_Ltd? Residents pay you money in service charges for this. Should you even be in housing & property management business if you cannot FIX ONE DOOR in 2 months? What about your vision and mission to build quality homes?

100% agreed. If @LQHomesMatter manage the common parts as per Lease/tenancy agreement, it is their responsibility to address ASB/ prevention of ASB & any damage to common parts. How do gangs enter communal areas in the first place? Lack of secure entry system and CCTV?
