They based their decision on a letter by (R) Commissioner @donmillis who lied by omission (explained below) to the Commission, to the election clerks, to the public.

1. he created the disaster of what is called the Wis. Election Commission
2. he, a Republican, has directly permitted sanctuary cities in WI

1. Byrne confirmed they know the image swapping & vote manipulation happens DURING transmission from the tabulator to central count.
He was very specific on timing.
After 100 ballots are fed into the tabulator, the code aggregates the vote & compresses the data & encrypts, waits 15 seconds & then transmits to central count. In 8/10ths of a second, clone script within the transfer function runs, that changes the aggregation & alters the images.
Thus, the man in the middle time discrepancy I found in Maricopa & Pima data between county transmission & SOS publication.
He has told us before that the place where the vote was cast, has the accurate count.
That tells me Hegseth’s team knows what to expect, where to look & what to capture.
Remember Clint Curtis capturing the ballots before & after tabulation & they matched? Doesn’t mean they were counting legit votes. Only that the scanner operated as intended.

🚨This is the passerby from the truck we showed earlier. He confronted the shooter outside Silver Rail Elementary, got shot at, and almost got killed. Then he saw the 16-year-old go into the school and went after him. Police say he stopped him before he could kill more. Three children and one teacher are dead. A 7-year-old and another teacher are critically injured. Thank God for that young man. We need more people like that in America. Prayers for the families.

NONCITIZENS caught registered to vote in NJ went from 6,600 to 35,152, but now the software vendor has come out and stated that it was NOT a "glitch" and that the state of NJ APPROVES noncitizens who register to vote.
