Several other people in Elon’s inner circle have confirmed Maye Mush’s statements. Today, Elon is once again spending hundreds of millions on the Republicans out of the same fear, and if he’s so afraid of it, then there’s surely a reason for it. I assume it’s entirely possible that Elon could be convicted, even though I don’t think it’s likely he’ll ever serve jail time, but we can be certain that many of his political activities were at least on the fringes of legality, if not clearly illegal. The impact on Tesla stock would be IMO strong but short lives - time will tell.
