Just like racing your local parkrun (or club time-trial) every week, having the same training schedule is a recipe for plateaued performance

Love it... simplest ideas are the best. Great way to get people outdoors. Can it happen in Belfast? ht @RichardDonovan7 xitter.cf/outsidermag/status/905…

Such a lovely idea... getting people out of nursing homes for a few hours to go on a rickshaw ride by the seaside. Get involved!

Organisers within their rights to hand-pick Farah's rivals, but 0 Kenyans and one Ethiopian (68-min Paralympian) in this year's GNR. Really?

This will sell out. I never say that unless it's true. Eg Tromso 2007, Bern 2015, Brighton 2016. Don't be disappointed. xitter.cf/intfspt/status/9049349…

A lot of people recommend Garmin 235 Foreunner, but latest reviews suggest Polar M430 is more accurate & better for running. Any thoughts?

Just watched the all-Ireland hurling final (on TV). Never sure if I completely understand it, but what a brutal, brilliant sport.
