Society has always taught men to be strong, to provide and to lead. It’s been instilled in men from a very tender age that they should not cry even when they’re in pain. And, we often forget to acknowledge their vulnerable side.
An emotion as basic and simple as crying has been considered a sign of weakness in a man. A man being soft is often regarded as a pu**y. Maybe that’s the reason men rarely show their vulnerabilities. Perhaps that’s why they hide their tears, pretend like nothing’s wrong, and act as if they have everything under control. Perhaps that’s why they never really let their guards down.
We often come across men being nonchalant or avoidant attached. But who other than society is to be blamed for our men growing up to be people who rarely express their emotions, even when they genuinely care for their loved ones?
This Movember (November being men's health awareness month), let’s make an effort to look beyond the tough exterior of men and acknowledge the vulnerabilities they often hide. Let them cry, let them open up and let them be vulnerable, because being soft or vulnerable isn’t a sign of weakness, rather, it's a sign of courage.

If you care about someone, make sure you mention it, because unspoken words often go unheard.

Social media has made people so impatient that they can't even read an entire post before jumping to conclusions.
They'll read two lines, miss the entire context and start judging people like they know the whole story.
Not everything can be understood in 5 seconds. But apparently, nobody has the patience for that anymore.

A woman in my neighbourhood lost her husband a few years ago. Recently, she started seeing someone.
People are already gossiping. Some are questioning her character.
And I keep wondering, why is a widow allowed to grieve forever but not allowed to desire companionship again?
Her husband died. Her need for love, touch, intimacy and happiness didn’t.
She lost her partner, not her right to live.

Everyone is talking about Sai Pallavi's looks as Sita.
Why is no one talking about Ram's skin tone in the movie? We have always known Lord Ram to have a dark skin tone with a bluish hue(Shyamvarna). Right?
It’s interesting how some details spark endless debate while others barely get a mention.
What's your opinion about Ranbir Kapoor as Ram?

Getting caught cheating and still lying about it is a whole different level of delusion.

Sex is not sin
Masturbation is not sin
being horny is definitely not sin
Only sin is making someone else the object of your desire & forcing yourself on them without their CONSENT.
Your desires should not become their nightmare.
Process your feelings, filter out your action.

I wish there was a CIBIL score for trust.
Would save us from lending trust to people who never repay. 😏

Landed in a city known for its sharp minds, rich culture, endless debates and incredible food!
They call it India’s intellectual capital. Let’s see if the city’s energy rubs off on me!
Guess the city?
It's called playing with human psychology. India is a gareeb country, most people focus on how much they can save on an annual subscription and pay the amount at once but only a handful of them are actually dedicated and consistent. Most of them quit after a couple of months. The gym owner has got the money already, it doesn't really matter to them if you show up or not throughout the year.
In search of a new gym, I visited one yesterday. The pricing makes no sense.
• 1 month: ₹4,500
• 3 months: ₹8,000
• 12 months: ₹15,000
It’s like they either want you for a year or don’t want you at all.
Do gyms price it this way because people get excited after seeing others work out and convince themselves they can continue for a year?
Is it the same in other countries? Or it’s just a dumb question?

🚨 I HATE PEOPLE WHO WASTE FOOD! 💔🍽️
And there’s a deeply personal reason behind it.
When I got lost as a little child, I experienced hunger so severe that I even ate food from dustbins just to survive. 💔
During my college years (2007–2010), there were days when I ate only ONE meal.
My class schedule meant I had to stay outside, but I couldn’t afford to buy food. So I would wait until I returned to my hostel at night to eat.
I’ve experienced hunger. I know what it feels like. 🥹
That’s why watching people throw away perfectly good food genuinely hurts me.
We need to STOP wasting food! 🙏
And remember, having food on our plates isn’t just about having money. It’s a PRIVILEGE that millions of people don’t have. ❤️
Take only what you can eat. Respect every grain of food. 🙏
Have you ever experienced real hunger in your life? 💔

As per the sources, Vijay Deverakonda and Ananya Panday fall in love.
Then Rashmika Mandanna enters the picture and she asks Vijay to marry her not once, not twice… but 1,000 TIMES!
And finally, Vijay says YES! 💍
Ananya gets the plot twist. Rashmika gets the hero. And the internet gets endless gossip!
1 kachori, 2 samosa…
1.5M impressions on a cooked up story about criticising the use of condoms? No wonder we have a population of 150 cr people.
Or are Indian men yet to realise that a woman enjoys it as much as they do?
Just because she hasn’t had it with you because you’re creepy and smell like shit doesn’t mean she hates it. 😂😂
Men still believe that a woman is doing them a favour by having it with them. Guys, grow up.

You're doing the good things... then immediately canceling them with bad ones.
That's why the Belly isn't moving.

Many people think OCD is all about cleanliness, but it's not. A lot of people don't really know wht OCD actually is.
They casually say, "I had OCD," and use it as a general term for being neat, organized, or particular about things.
But OCD is much, much more than that can take many different forms, and it can be incredibly painful n emotionally draining mentally n physically.
The people who have truly gone through it know how difficult it can be.
Please don't reduce OCD to jzt cleanliness or being organized
