The # of mid career managers pinging me for a role is at an ATH. It didn't strike me as odd till I heard about the layoffs at MSFT. I guess if your primary role was to collect info from the bottom and feed it to the top, you are on the fast path to irrelevance.

Adi and Swapnil have put some serious thought and work into this. as someone who regularly thinks about evolution (both about the PM role and humanity at large), i went for this and it was a damn refreshing thing to have been a part of. the indulgence in AI is inevitable, and life’s already changing for people. Aditya and Swapnil have tried to build a (beautiful) compass to help guide PMs or aspiring PMs through this.
