Full moon rising behind the cascades and #Seattle skyline as seen from Bainbridge Island. This is one of my favorite timelapses ever, also comes in handy as “proof” when the still photo from this day get called fake, which happens all the time!

We have a powerful and poignant preamble to our public records law (below). Instead of embracing it, lawmakers have repeatedly undermined it, making it more difficult for the public to uncover wrongdoing, mismanagement or abuses. Olympia needs more transparency, not less of it.
