Today we've launched a trial of Coco Pops boxes for blind and partially sighted people. They feature UK-first technology enabling smartphones to detect an on-pack code, allowing the shopper to hear the ingredients and allergen information read aloud to them. @RNIB #WorldSightDay

Interesting article by the Times here and I am sure one that retailers have long considered. What happens if 20% of your custom permanetly vanishes in store. Buying volumes (depth) has to be sacrificed as portfolios shrink and breadth goes online....
