Seeing lots of comments on the red card, so here’s my perspective: a croc roll ended my career, paralyzed my foot, led to 4 surgeries, and brought lifelong mental challenges. Croc rolls aren’t just dangerous—they’re life-changing. Player safety has to come first.

Jesus - we have the Kiffness commenting on the American elections. I remember the days when people were choosing Covid hard lock down over seeing him perform.

I doubt I've ever seen worse advice on social media than this fool's tweet.
My advice to 25 year olds: Get married young and have more kids than you can afford. I've never met anyone who wishes they'd had fewer kids. But I've met a lot of people who regret waiting so long or having so few. Every 60+ year old that I know cares about one thing above all else: Their kids and grandkids.

‘Sorry, my bad.’ - English person admitting a mistake. ‘Sorry, my bad.’ - Afrikaans person telling you to get out of their bath. Have a nice day. ❤️

This guy would have a lot more credibility if he stopped.dressing like Stan Marsh from Southpark
Many South Africans were priced out of seeing the Springboks yesterday because of exorbitant ticket prices. We need accessible ticketing so that fans can watch their heroes. The Springboks can’t just be for the wealthy

The Irish just don't get it. It's not about just performances over a relatively short period. It's pedigree. The Springboks & All Blacks have pedigree. That essentially takes a century to earn, cultivate and obtain. The Irish, as great a side as they are now, don't have pedigree.

. @GaytonMcK what's up with this shaking the teams hands before kickoff? You guys need to learn that sports is not about politicians. We don't want to see you before a match kicks off. Fans nor players are there for you. Go meet them some other time.

I cannot wait to hear the excuses/arguments/nonsense from John Kirwan after this match. He will probably wear his extra, EXTRA thick rimmed glasses #RSAvNZL

Don't think this game is going to improve Australian viewership of the sport. It's a rather dull affair. #AUSvRSA

When I went to law school, I knew a law degree would be helpful no matter what I chose to do in life. Never did I imagine that I would use my skills & training to "prove" my husband's innocence to federal prosecutors after @jeffbezos & @amazon tried to imprison him. A 🧵 /1

Kolbe defending at center now. Expect him to run the final leg of the 4x400m in the Olympics tomorrow and then enter Miss South Africa next week.

*10 men's World Cups 8 women's World Cups 3 Olympic Games Ireland did make the semi-finals of the 2014 women's Rugby World Cup, but the format meant there were no semi-finals so I left it out of the count on a technicality

There's someone I really want to speak about and want more people to know about Ntsika Fisanti his story and path he's taken to get to where he is has been admirable, to say the least. Muir College, Eastern Province,College rovers ,Sharks , Blitzboks, and now the Pumas. He has been one of the Pumas best players in the opening two rounds. Brilliant tackler , hard ball carrier , steals balls and huge work rate , a diamond in the rough. Will be the finds of Currie Cup 2024
