Not great news to wake up to this morning, as the clubs compound was broken into last night! Ride on mower, strimmers and leaf blowers all taken! Thanks to the low life scum that makes all the voluntary work we do seem worthless!!! Please keep ears and eyes peeled!

Tonight we played @BarringtonCC in a t20 friendly where @jamescook169 98* was completely over shadowed by @JamieBone5 not only taking his first wicket for the club but taking 5fer with all his wickets bowled. Fantastic effort Jamie, you should be very proud of yourself, #stid

Great effort despite defeat on Saturday. We'll keep going with the youth programme even if it did help the opposition on this occasion! Looking forward to an enjoyable game with @BarringtonCC next week

Last night as we come and cut the outfield at our beautiful cricket club and find that someone has SLASHED every tyre on our gang mowers. If anyone knows anything about people down at the ground at night PLEASE let us know. I give up on what makes some people the way they are. – at Barrington, England
