Also why the need for 12 o’clock starts for the last 3 matches as I don’t think the clocks go back until the end of October and with these start times they could be finished by 5!

Interesting proposals for rule changes to Somerset league. .Someone obviously thinks no one works on a Saturday morning any more ,likes tea at 3 o’clock and wants cafeteria cricket as staple.Times have changed not necessarily for the better!
