So true - has there ever been a more paranoid organisation than the FCA! Why do they behave like a tinpot dictatorship that panics when people try to talk about all the FCA's failures! Why are all FCA managers constipated when it comes to truth and honesty!
Replying to @UK_News_b
Why does Nikhil Rathi think staff at @TheFCA are not worthy of the same representation by @unitetheunion as staff at Bank of England & the Treasury? Why did he pay a PR Firm £400k+ to try and spin cutting staff salaries as good news to the press? Is that good use of firms money?
More token words from the useless and secretive FCA. This clown needs to wake up and smell the coffee #FCA
Speaking at StepChange Connected 2024, Nikhil Rathi outlines how financial inclusion can catalyse productivity and growth.

They have no jurisdiction here. This is Palestinian soil. Yet the fascist Israeli occupation invades the West Bank and attacks Al Jazeera's offices.
What else can one expect from the number 1 killer of journalists?
They want to silence and censor anyone who exposes them.

This story should be getting a lot more attention.
Labour took £4,000,000 from a Cayman Islands-registered hedge fund with shares worth hundreds of millions of pounds in fossil fuels, private health firms and arms manufacturers.

This is insane. Labour’s Bridget Phillipson says she took a £14,000 donation, primarily to throw a birthday party.
She’s smiling while she divulges this information. I’m genuinely in awe that they don’t appear to see how bad this looks.

Wow, she actually uses one of her children as a human shield to justify accepting expensive Taylor Swift tickets she could have easily afforded on a salary beyond the dreams of most of her voters.
Do this government not know how they come across to most people?

Now it's Richard Barnard (of the stalwart @Pal_action), following Sara Wilkinson (@swilkinsonbc), Richard Medhurst (@richimedhurst) and (@CraigMurrayOrg). All disgracefully targeted by Counter Terrorism police for their opposition to genocide, which as we all know, the British state materially and ideologically supports.
All of the recent arrests/charges are under Section 12 of the Terrorism Act in which it is an offence to voice opinions which the state claims either "invites support" or "expresses an opinion or belief that is supportive of" a "proscribed organisation". (See below).
Remember that the British state maintains a list of those groups which it "proscribes". It can be found at the link below.
Note, it does not necessarily include all those groups you might think. For example the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine is not a proscribed group, as is tacitly admitted here in the listing on the PFLP-GC (a separate group):
Of course if the British state was interested in ending the genocide it would devote considerable diplomatic effort to:
1. Pressuring the genocidal Zionist regime to desist, including by stopping all arms, aid, intelligence assistance and training of, and support for, the genocidal occupation forces;
2.Engaging seriously with the Palestinian resistance, something which is made much more difficult by the fact that many of the resistance factions are proscribed under UK law.
A first step to engaging in this process ought to be to lift the proscription of the following Palestinian (and Lebanese) factions:
*Harakat al-Muqawamah al-Islamiyyah (Hamas) – Proscription extended November 2021
*Hizballah (Party of God) - Proscribed March 2019
*Palestinian Islamic Jihad - Shaqaqi (PIJ) - Proscribed March 2001
*Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine-General Command (PFLP-GC) - Proscribed June 2014
