This is the quality of bank branch audit @bankofbaroda - "Delete which is not applicable". No one ever reads these. Is this even a bank? @RBI - How long you can continue your incompetent willfull ignorance of regulatory omissions in AI-Cyber era?
Most freshly minted "experts" on survival tech lack either firsthand knowledge of how the tech works, or on-the-ground protests or both. Overnight vibe-coded apps are the last thing you want in a life-and-death situation.
Flyers, post-it notes, and pen & paper are reliable.
Um ... so maybe we should just ban VT now?

#CashlessConsumer - A security vulnerability was reported in a banking critical infrastructure and it took 16 days to respond. This is unacceptable @RBI
These are @deepseek_ai v4 Flash level vulnerabilities. Fix these first, fast - later worry about Claude Mythos access.

Who asked for this? Who authorized this? Who processed this? Who all have access to this? What's the Chain of Custody?
CCTV analysis and route verification have established that the NEET candidate reached the examination centre after the stipulated cutoff time. Traffic conditions were found to be normal, and traffic police personnel facilitated movement wherever required. The delay was primarily due to late departure from residence and route selection.

Your IP address is not yours alone. CGNAT is a massive-scale NAT system used by ISPs to share a single public IPv4 address among hundreds or thousands of customers. If a public IP shows up on a blacklist, ISPs can send an email to every customer sharing *that* IP at the time.

‘There is a vulnerability in Telegram’: IIT Madras Director explains why the curb was necessary indianexpress.com/article/ed…
The sale of fake question papers near the date of the exam, not leaks of actual ones, has been the central thesis of this ban.
It's easy to bypass the ban, were it to become a regular affair, by pushing sales to an earlier window. Which would then require a permanent ... uh oh.
India must stop blocking Telegram!
There is no evidence that shutting down the internet or blocking access to social media platforms prevents exam leakages. Such restrictions are disproportionate and violate human rights! #KeepItOn

You'd think the AG would be above mistaking Victor Frankenstein (the creator) for his creature.
Ironic, the comment still holds considering the fact that the creature turns out to be intelligent, articulate, and tragic.

The idea of mosaic plagiarism is alien to the digital creator economy. Citation is not enough, nor is lazy paraphrasing.

The copied phrasing is the smaller problem. The bigger one is the reporting underneath it, and here's the part they think clears them: they thinking crediting me for parts like these absolves them (it is a strategy, more on that later). They don't realise that it undercuts their own arguments. Let me explain.

BGP hijack is not a synonym for malicious intent. It happens all the time. Even with automation.
Wow. Reliance Communications has engaged in BGP hijacking of Telegram's IP prefixes and is leaking it globally via FLAG Telecom (AS15412) and affecting traffic far beyond India. (Is this an accident?)
It is still live:

The closest thing to the truth: sharing leaked paper is not a problem and that they know papers get passed around.
What remains then, is a razor thin justification, a vague "fake news of leak" accusation (as opposed to what, exactly?) that is peddled to justify a sweeping ban.
Replying to @agrawalmanindra @ni5arga
The problem with Telegram channel is not sharing of leaked paper, there are many other ways of doing it, rather that it can be used to spread fake news of leak that appears genuine. It was done by someone during JEE Advanced. It causes unnessecary confusion.
