If you had brains, you would know:
1. Age relaxation is not a basic benefit. It's a reservation benefit.
2. The UP rules are wrong.
Go read central govt rules, Supreme Court's Deepa EV case judgement & multiple state HC judgements.
Anyone who uses reservation benefits CANNOT claim a UR seat.
In simple words-A 30 yr old Churchill Aheer CANNOT compete with 24 yr old Robinhood Pandey & claim to be at same merit.
3. If one judge gives wrong judgement, doesn't mean it cannot be challenged.
4. Also, I don't collect donations into my personal account. I rather ask ppl to donate to an old organization fighting legal cases for 20+ yrs.
& It's neither my organization, nor I own it.
But then a person who idolizes Churchill, won't be expected to understand all this.
So advice for you-

The High Court clearly stated that availing basic benefits like age or fee relaxations doesn't prevent OBC/SC candidates from switching to the open category(UR) based on merit(high scores).

There's no good master plan to guide. Each developer acquires a random parcel of land from farmers and draws their own layouts in a way to maximise their profits.
Thus leading to plots being connected to narrow village roads, disconnected road networks with numerous dead ends. Road networks don't align between neighbouring plots even. This could only lead to chaotic traffic situation where bottlenecks would be created and service delivery becomes tougher as these won't be well suited for laying of pipelines, storm water drainages, and sewer lines.

Despite our previous complaint regarding vehicles parked on the public footpath in front of commercial establishments, including jewellery shops, Jolly Shop and Hangover Pub in HSR Layout, the same problem has surfaced again today.
We have already demanded an Action Taken Report (ATR), details of the challans issued, and the total fines imposed for these violations. However, we have not received a satisfactory response from Traffic Inspector Mr. Manjunath regarding our questions. Today, we once again witnessed vehicles occupying the footpath, forcing pedestrians to walk on the busy road and putting their safety at risk.
If fines have been imposed, where are the records? If action has been taken, why is the violation repeating?
Is there any special treatment for these commercial establishments? Are any officials receiving undue benefits or allowing these violations to continue? We are asking these questions in the public interest and demand a transparent, impartial inquiry not making any allegation of proven misconduct.
We demand:
1. Immediate removal of illegally parked vehicles.
2. A complete ATR with challan numbers and fine details.
3. An inquiry into the repeated failure to prevent these violations.
4. Equal enforcement of the law, without favouritism or political influence.
Public footpaths belong to pedestrians, not commercial establishments or their customers. Silence from the authorities is unacceptable.
