Whether you liked the movie or not, Nikki is an iconic horror character/performance. I think it's a reasonable thing to accept

Being rightwing means believing that there is some kind of natural hierarchy, and honor in knowing one's place in it. It encourages servility up the hierarchy and cruelty down the hierarchy. Being servile and cruel is loser shit. Surely most young men don't want to be losers.
Fielder did more to thwart zionism in Rehearsal S1 than this person ever has pust by having that one tutor lady on and letting her talk

One of these is utterly shocking to me because it lives in the fucking ocean. Zero territory overlap and it still manages to pull numbers
speak on it OG

White middle aged guy here and I can still rap the full humpty dance! Still listen to it now.
It is wild to me that like 70% of filmtwt believes there's an objective way to critique movies that has nothing to do with the viewer's personal reaction

Ah yes, "annoying", that ethereal objective characteristic of a movie, that has zero influence from who's watching it at all.
To me this source material debate is like when a band covers a song and they change it, but you only heard a snippet of the change without context of how it's used.
WITHOUT FAIL the dumbest motherfuckers on the planet are the same ones who need paid twitter so they can subject us at length to this sort of drivel
"Why are Democrats so OBSESSED with the far-left when they SHOULD BE obsessed WITH REPUBLICANS?" is a new DARVO-esque phenomenon that arose this year.
The online far-left (dirtbag variety) is using this new tactic because it's the first year we've really fought back against their influence, instead of trying to please them.
In reality, we've probably spent *more* time on these people in every other election season.
It's just that, in those previous cases--whether it was 2016 or 2019-2020 or 2024--we were begging them for their votes, pain-stakingly explaining different types of universal healthcare, providing diagrams re: both parties NOT being the same, and/or begging them to stop accusing us of genocide.
They asked us for our attention. They have demanded our attention for years. And we always gave it in exactly the way they wanted it.
"Please, do the right thing. Please help us. Please try to understand the American electorate. Please try to understand the legislative process. Please stop saying the two parties are the same. Please stop minimizing the Republican threat. Please stop saying we want people to die en masse of diabetes or that we love genocide. Please. Please. Please."
Now, we've finally realized this specific cadre of the online far-left is not only electorally worthless, but actually electorally *harmful.* We've also realized they will continue to punish us no matter how much we contort ourselves to satiate their demands.
We've always given them our attention. We gave them TOO MUCH attention. And we've probably always given them much more attention than we do now.
They simply can't stand not being constantly attended to with our pleas for their approval and help.
Welcome to the new era of Democrats having a spine.
Looking forward to every BasedCentristFan account apologizing to the left for being the only people who were vocally sounding the alarm about this disaster of a campaign strategy
Tim Walz says the Harris campaign chased the wrong voters — Dick Cheney Republicans: (Lever)
“It’s pretty hard to deny that one of our base was fractured — the American Jewish community and the Muslim community, over Gaza and the intolerable assault. In retrospect, we should have spent time there — not courting a nebulous group of Wyoming Republicans who weren’t going to vote for us.”
He is arguing the Cheney swing was a dead end — and the split over Gaza was the real problem.
The rest of the postmortem is just as blunt. Harris never broke from Biden — the DNC autopsy said the White House never positioned her to run her own race. Walz’s early “they’re weird” line got benched for a big tent with Cheney, Bernie, and Taylor Swift. And the party’s own report skipped Gaza and Biden’s age — the two fights that actually split the ticket.Did they lose the base trying to rent Liz Cheney’s?

Lanterns complainers don't get the beauty of "less is more". In the original Star Wars trilogy jedis and lightsabers are so rare, so when one shows up you know it's a BFD. Remember how cool a jedi used to be?
The goal of both capitalism and communism is democratic control over the means of production. Capitalism seeks to achieve it via the supposed magic of the free market, the baby brained fiction that supply + demand will protect us against monopoly/oligarchy
Go ahead and walk us through songs one by one and explain why each one isn't "decent". Begin with Who Let The Dogs Out
I will never understand why libs are angrier at individuals who didn't vote Kamala, than at Kamala for failing to campaign for their votes
