Our Serena Fenwick programme for stage managers – now in its third year, this flexible alternative to expensive and long degrees and diplomas aims to give you the basic level of knowledge, skills, contacts and recognition to apply for your first proper job in stage management.
The Serena Fenwick programme for directors – you'll get 6 months of mentoring, bespoke career guidance, CV advice and introductions to people in the industry. Plus take part in BYO's productions and be put forward for shadowing opportunities with our industry partners.
The Serena Fenwick programme for conductors – open to all and is fully bespoke, with everything fitted around your existing knowledge and experience. Amongst other things you'll get 6 months of mentoring and be put forward for shadowing opportunities with our industry partners.
Summer music staff programme – get paired with a mentor who'll give you tailored support and advice. Kind of like an assistant conductor or repetiteur, you'll spend time in the rehearsal room, working with and learning from our professional director and playing for rehearsals.
The Serena Fenwick programme for singers – part-time, bespoke, and designed for people who need a boost to their career. You'll identify your priorities and then work on them over the next few months with a wide range of mentors, coaches and workshop leaders.
Our summer singers' programme – the OG classic programme, based around preparing a specific operatic role over the summer and big showcase performances, alongside parallel coaching, mentoring and networking opportunities.

“Mesmerising… better portrayed here than on larger stages” – ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ from @TheStage and we are thrilled: thestage.co.uk/reviews/the-r…
