This is also impossible as well as she was studying at TAMUCC with F1 visa work restrictions. Also if she is on H1B/OPT/STEM OPT, she can only work for one employer, so how is she working concurrently at both Bank of America and Fiserv?

🚨FRAUD ALERT🚨
A federal grand jury has charged an Indian-origin man with running a $66.2 million fraud scheme in Illinois.
Rajesh Patel, co-owner and chief operating officer of a lab in Hillside, allegedly billed the government for hundreds of thousands of COVID-19 PCR tests that were never done.
Patel is accused of creating fake negative results for at least 380,000 tests the lab never performed from May 2021 to April 2022.
Starting around March 2021, the lab paid Meridian Medical Staffing Inc. tens of millions of dollars to collect test samples and patient information.
Many of those patients never existed or never gave samples.
He allegedly did this so the lab could submit false bills to a federal program that paid for COVID-19 tests for uninsured people.
The lab submitted about $66.2 million in fraudulent claims and received roughly $44.1 million.
Patel personally took in about $28 million from the alleged scheme.
He faces five counts of wire fraud.
If convicted, each count carries a maximum of 20 years in prison.

I pointed out in 2023 that Vivek had talked about Uncapped Immigration, and that he had said it should be Unlimited "for people like my parents".

USCIS approved 291,542 H-1B petitions for continuing employment in FY2025. That is the second-highest year since at least FY2015.
FY2026 is on the same track. USCIS approved 270,419 H-1B petitions from October through June.
USCIS data puts 184,073 of those as continuing employment. That is 68%.
79% of computer-job approvals in FY2025 were continuing employment. Across all jobs it was 72%.
Visa stamps abroad fell this year. Approvals for people already working here did not.
The lottery only counts newcomers. Most of the program is people staying.
🚨 NEW STATE DEPARTMENT DATA REVEALS A DRAMATIC SHIFT IN U.S. VISA ISSUANCE.
I compared the official February 2025 and February 2026 records.
The results are striking:
• H-4 dependents: DOWN 81%
• H-2B seasonal workers: DOWN 80%
• H-1B workers: DOWN 74%
• F-1 students: DOWN 41%
• L-1 transfers: DOWN 11%
But one finding stands out.
H-1B visas issued to Indian nationals plunged from 13,749 to just 1,625.
That’s an 88% decline.
India alone accounted for approximately 93% of the worldwide H-1B issuance decline.
Meanwhile, H-2A agricultural visas actually INCREASED 8%.
These are visas issued abroad, not the total number of foreign workers employed in America.
The question now: Are these changes creating opportunities for American workers, or accelerating the movement of jobs overseas?

The lottery is the door for new H-1B workers. Cognizant's main US entity entered nobody this year, per USCIS.
But every H-1B job needs a labor filing at the Labor Department. That includes workers already here.
From October to June, Cognizant filed 5,769 of them. Extensions. Transfers. New client sites. Job or wage changes.
