Numerous Portsmouth businesses and institutions were hit overnight by spray-painted swastikas and other symbols, including Temple Israel and a coffee shop owned by the city's assistant mayor Joanna Kelley, who is Black.

We won’t be sharing the footage. We refuse to subject ourselves and others to that trauma. We encourage you to do the same.
Instead, speak about Tyre’s life. #JusticeforTyreNichols
Before the Memphis Police Dept. releases the video of 5 MPD officers murdering #TyreNichols during a routine traffic stop, and that heinous video inevitably goes viral, I want to amplify THIS video of Tyre LIVING his best life. 🛹👑🙏🏿😔✊🏿

(1) Tomorrow, 11/8, is the election. Many of us are disillusioned with voting, and it can’t be the only thing we do but it is a source of power.
In NH right now Republicans run the State House, Senate, Executive Council, and Governorship.

Today marks the 6 year anniversary of the first Black Lives Matter protest I organized in Manchester, New Hampshire. It all started with tweets and we were able to make it an organization that drives change within the community. I'll never forget the powerful unity of this night!
In a country where the maternal mortality rate stands at 3 - 4x higher for Black women, The Supreme Court just decided that abortion is no longer a fundamental right protected by The Constitution. Restrictions on reproductive healthcare disproportionately affect Black people.
This is only the beginning of the end for fundamental rights as we know them — Roe paved the way for decisions that gave us the right to obtain contraceptives freely, and the right to same-sex marriage.

Hey New Hampshire - if you haven’t yet, celebrate #Juneteenth by donating to @BLMNashua @BlmSeacoast @BLMManchesterNH or another Black-led organization. There’s so much work to do to combat white supremacy, and redistributing some of your wealth is just a small piece.

BLM Manchester joins the community in mourning the loss of Rep. Renny Cushing. From advocating for racial justice at every corner to proudly declaring “Black Lives Matter” on the House floor, he was a staunch advocate for our cause.
He will be sorely missed. #NHPolitics
