🔹 Difference −2.1% (95% CI −6.5 to 2.2), within the 10% noninferiority margin; 36-mo LRR 1.5% vs 2.2%
🔹 Acute/late toxicity not different; implant-only reconstruction had more complications in both arms (OR 1.65)
Noninferior is not fewer complications: the 16-fraction rate was numerically higher, which belongs in the implant conversation.
