I still think of my friend regularly and like yesterday. We used to roam the halls of @Sunnybrook late in the evening, as we strategized and built the cns oncology service some 20 years ago and now it is a powerhouse thanks to him.
It’s been 6 years since we lost Todd Mainprize. An incredible and deeply missed surgeon, teacher, father, husband and friend. He left a legacy of unmatched generosity and will always be remembered, by his family, countless friends and colleagues @Sunnybrook and @UofTNeuroSurge

Great way to spend my Saturday morning, sharing two decades of @Sunnybrook tips and tricks for spine metastases #SBRT, with my colleagues in India. Congrats on an excellent meeting and looking forward to applicants for our 2027 @Shah_Foundation radiation oncology fellowship.
Kudos to our @Sunnybrook medical physics, electronics and therapy team as we have successfully installed the Varian ETHOS as the 1st of 2 matched units. Critical step as we transform our department to realize the Cancer Ablation Adaptive Therapy (CAAT) Program mission.
