What a couple of days it was at my first BfE/RMA RSC and what a community, indeed! It was great to present - for the first time - part of my research on John Scofield and engage in enriching discussions.

And that’s a wrap! A huge thanks from the programme committee to everyone who has attended over the past three days.
We will be leaving with new avenues to explore and a reminder of the value of community and collaboration.

Really enjoyed leading the composers workshop @BFERMARSC with @anima_trio yesterday afternoon. Six strong, interesting pieces brought to life vividly then and in the brilliant concert. Also had great fun conducting one of the pieces. Thanks all a for a fab day of music-making!
Wonderful concert last night by @anima_trio with six new works by delegates, workshopped throughout the day, and a return by alumnus @nathanjdearden.
