#TeamComrades lent a hand by hosting a refreshment station at the Capital City Marathon yesterday! It was fantastic to see so many runners pushing their limits and qualifying for #2025!
Huge congratulations to everyone who ran any marathon yesterday, and especially to those who achieved their qualifying times.

A race between Cape Town Marathon and Two Oceans Marathon may lose support. Relocating Cape Town Marathon to May in 2026 requires two trips to Cape Town within two consecutive months. That’s expensive. Let’s wait and see.

Get ready for the TRACN4 Elands Marathon 2025, hosted by the @nedbanklvcc_rc and sponsored by TRAC. A Comrades & Two Oceans qualifier. The race will be hot, with top athletes like Tete Dijana & Dan Matshailwe on the start line.
