This all points to former FBI Director Chris Wray and his directing this lie to Congress... No one is above the law - Wray needs to be wearing a Federal Orange jumpsuit awaiting trial for conspiracy...
INSTA-MESSAGES ARE FOREVER: SHADOW GOVERNMENT PROSECUTION Much of the case surrounding ex-FBI senior officials Floris and Benavides for allegedly lying to Congress about their knowledge of and involvement in the Hunter Biden probe is document driven. Take this October 2020 email about talking points for then FBI Director Wray about the Hunter Biden laptop. The draft talking points begin: “The most I (Wray) can say is that the FBI is in possession of an item that we lawfully seized.” BENAVIDES responded “This is good…you could add another if asked: Is the information we’re seeing in the press about a laptop containing emails associated with Hunter Biden part of a Russia disinformation effort? (Reference New York Post) I can see from the perspective of anyone consuming this story that they could be concerned this is a Russia disinformation effort similar to what the FBI, ODNI, and other agencies have warned against; however, the FBI has not made that determination in this specific instance and as I stated before, I won’t comment on investigations or investigative actions.” BENAVIDES then wrote “Nikki, thoughts???” FLORIS responded “Looks good!” These FBI talking points promoted a false narrative that the Hunter Biden laptop was a Russian plant before the 2020 election, a kind of October surprise.  Based on my investigative reporting, the FBI determined MONTHS before the 2020 election the laptop was authentic and the property of Hunter Biden.

This is a fascinating exercise in faulty recursive logic. This is from BlueSky, which never fails to amuse in its shocking stupidity. Basically what this lunatic is saying is that by exposing the Color Revolution plot, we are actually the plotters setting the stage to justify the "redline" crackdowns the good and decent Americans behind the Color Revolution fear... and so on... and so on... The wheels on the bus go round and round. Here is the difference and why this logic is so faulty: WE'RE NOT THE ONES CAUGHT ON TAPE PLANNING HOW TO OVERTHROW OUR CONSTITUTIONAL ORDER. Geez do these people have defective brains.

There's a reason certain people have been all hot and bothered for 20 months now to get @SecWar shit-canned and replaced with a new Lloyd Austin instead. It would make so much of what they hope to do that easier.

I have warned about the military element of this plan but no one wants to hear it. You can’t overthrow a government without it. History is very clear about that.

BIG WIN at the 5th Circuit! Here at @USAO_SDTX, we’ve been inundated with THOUSANDS of legally dubious habeas corpus petitions filed by the open-borders legal/nonprofit industry on behalf of illegal aliens. As part of that scheme, they hand-select certain judges to give the aliens exactly what they want: a get-out-of-jail-free card. This appellate decision provides much-needed relief—for now. America-last zealots will still try to find devious ways to flout the law. But my Office and I will remain vigilant in restoring American sovereignty. Why? Because “a nation ceases to be a nation if it can’t protect its borders.” (Judge Ho, concurring).
BREAKING: The Fifth Circuit, sitting en banc, ruled that immigrants who entered the U.S. illegally can be detained during deportation proceedings without individualized bond hearings, even after living in the country for decades, reversing three orders granting their release.

Eleven of the 12 states leading job growth since the pandemic are Republican. Eight of the 10 slowest are blue. At some point, Democrats should stop calling it a coincidence and start asking what they’re doing wrong.

PSA - pass it on A very reliable source of mine just finished the pollworker training, and she texted this …..“Just finished Poll Manager training! I passed all the classes. I want you all to know something…when you are checking in at the polls and they happen to write anything on your ballot before they give it to you to put in the voting machine…a letter, a checkmark, a letter star, an R or a D any writing of any kind…please request a new ballot. Your ballot will be disqualified if it is written on. Please be on the look out. Make sure poll workers do not write on your ballot. It will cause your ballot to be disqualified.”
Please forward this to everyone you know

From 1900 to 1910, 76% of immigrants to America remigrated to their home countries. From 1910 to 1920, it was 97%. There was major political conflict over the disruption immigrants caused. But we had no welfare state. Over time, we kept the best who assimilated. Remigration is historically normal. What we are doing today is not normal because of the welfare state. homepages.ucl.ac.uk/~uctpimr…
David Friedberg: We’ve Lost the Plot on Immigration “If you're providing social services to an immigrant population, then that's not necessarily a productive immigrant population in terms of being able to contribute to growing the economy and supporting civil society. But if a population of immigrants come in and they're productive, meaning they can get jobs and they can work, and they can support themselves, that means they're adding something positive to the economy, to the civil society, and that is the sort of selection criteria that needs to take place. So that's a simple framework for determining whether or not you should do this, and an easy way to solve it is get rid of social services for immigrants. As soon as you get rid of social services for immigrants, then you self-select into the right population that's going to come in. It's not about assimilating to society. It's about sharing the values of what makes the United States, the United States. The values of, what do we actually care about, what are the principles that we all share as a civil society of the United States or a civil society of France, is a screening criteria that seems to have been thrown out the window.” Jason: “Do you believe in Freedom of speech? Do you believe in the Second Amendment?” Friedberg: “Do you believe that women are equal to men? Do you believe that you should work for your money as opposed to take it from the government? Do you believe in your individual rights? Is your church paramount to the government and the laws of the state? And do you believe that other people have rights that you don't get to trample on? Those are the sorts of things that are, in many cases, counter to the cultural, religious, and other traditional beliefs of certain populations that end up causing the damage in the West, and I think that it's been kind of completely lost in the process.”

Read that again. More blue than 2024. That only changes one way. Every Republican who hasn't voted, go this weekend and bring someone. Vote Republican all the way down the ballot.

Where I stand on Texas early voting: 1. Just looking at propensity data, the electorate is clearly shaping up directionally to be more blue than in 2024. Minimum of a few points more blue, check out the gap in the figure below (the gap is growing). 2. Without party registration data, it's difficult to quantify just how much bluer (it may look like NC if we had party reg. data, it may not). 3. Given that uncertainty and Trump's 14-point victory in 2024, the race remains wide open. Even a Trump+8 electorate would be very winnable for Paxton. Texas is a red state after all! But if turnout patterns follow 2024 (far from guaranteed), with the electorate shifting further toward Democrats in the final days of early voting and on Election Day, Democrats should be very encouraged by what we're seeing so far. On the other hand, if the electorate continues shifting toward Republicans through the end of next week, that would suggest the GOP is holding its own among the highest-propensity voters (3-of-3s). In that scenario, we could be headed toward a Trump+10 to Trump+11 electorate, an outcome Republicans would be quite pleased with and make the race a tossup in my eyes.

For once we agree @AZAGMayes your lawsuit was a waste of time. You spent four weeks refusing to provide the citizenship verification we requested. Then you went to court, provided exactly what I asked for, and agreed to dismiss your own lawsuit. This isn't your victory lap, it's a concession speech with confetti.
After successful mediation efforts, Recorder Heap will reinstate the voting status of citizens at issue in this case. It should not have taken litigation to make Justin Heap follow the law — that is his duty and the duty of all election officials.

So it turns out that Ukraine's issues with Starlink were caused by Ukraine. Starlink terminals disconnected at speeds above 160 KPH, as determined by the Starlink terminals internal GPS. To get around this, Ukraine hacked the Starlink terminals to think they were stationary regardless of speed. SpaceX figured this out, and updated the system software to detect excessive speed by seeing how rapidly the terminal switched from on satellite to another. This broke Ukraine's hack, and Starlink would no longer work at high speeds. Ukraine was using Starlink in a way that violated the terms of service. Starlink figured it out and stopped it.
