A beautiful way to start the day... my headspace, my cathedral. I never ever take it for granted what an utter privilege it is to row out here. Thinking of very dear friends going through very tough times 💙💫 #gigrowing #boscastle #cleanerseas
We were lucky to have Pearl row with Our junior crew a few years ago and our love goes out to her family. We are heartbroken.
Please listen to Johnny’s moving interview and appeal to find Pearl’s white iphone.
Please Retweet - Thank you 💫
Heartbreaking - the grieving father of a #Bude teenager found dead in #Truro last week says her mobile phone is missing - adding to the family's pain. Johnny Bamford is hoping Pearl's white iPhone can be returned to them

Training on the lake this morning was way too grey, soggy & windy for photos. So I was visualising this. Blue sky turquoise water... but same game faces 🤪😉💪🏻 #LB #wpgc2019 #gigrowing @BCGigClub @_gigrower @CPGAgigs 📷 #SmileAndTurn – at Bude, England

Fun conditions off #Boscastle. Lovely lumpy water to train in. Sadly too rough to retrieve the foil helium balloon that floated past us 🙁Hopefully a human manages to snag it before some unsuspecting wildlife mistakes it for dinner.
