Ever fascinated when I see the gig boats heading out I captured the crew on a cold day doing what they love.
Yet again a big thank you for all your comments. #StaySafe #gigboats #gig #gigracers @_gigrower

Getting your vests down from the shelf
and the accessories too.
Taking time to do your ergos and
happy, when it's through!
Then,
you have to find the time,
to train enough to compete.
This is a job in itself,
but after it's done,
it will be such a feat! – at South West, England
Sadly,
the days are over all too fast,
and what we waited for,
is gone until the same time, next year.
Then,
we'll all go through the same as before,
waiting for Scillies,
for once again, to appear
Until next year my friends 🍻

Today and tomorrow many would be boarding Scillonian III for their trip to the islands and the world champs.
Obviously not to be this year, but what stories this boat could tell.
Very much a love / hate relationship for many.
