.@BATS_ brought their math-class delinquency to Kickstarter for 'ALTER NATURE,' which is like if computers had emotions and made free jazz about Cthulhu (that is, it's really good). #Kickstarted bats.bandcamp.com/album/alte…

"...rewarding at even a cursory glance. It's rare to find a weirdo record so ambitious, yet totally danceable." Thanks to @tomsaildrums for this excellent review of the brand new record from @BATS_, now up at @theQuietus 🦇🦇🦇 thequietus.com/articles/2733…
BATS — Alter Nature | The Quietus

BATS — Alter Nature | The Quietus

ALTER NATURE by BATS Off-kilter weirdos BATS inhabit the same noisy space as the Melvins and Cardiacs, creating wild music with the intent to bewilder. More specifically: BATS are loud and confusing...

"Wacky and wonderful, Alter Nature urges listeners to join their quest to combat superstition and indulge in their scholarly yet volatile sound. Lend them your ears." @BATS_ finally return with 'Alter Nature' headstuff.org/entertainment/…

Fresh BATS today... "Ergot" is one of my favourites from Alter Nature... A cheery ditty about hallucinogenic wheat fungus and murder... youtu.be/zcLkhJ87u1A
