The only thing left for Manchester City and Abu Dhabi is to gaslight, threaten and continue with their legal warfare. They are in so deep now with the denials it’s too late to change course. Don’t back down, double down and then lash out at everyone when you known you’ve been backed into a corner.
Hence the reported threat to pull investment out of the UK and the exertion of state to state pressure. It’s desperate stuff

So Newcastle had to sell Elliot Anderson for £35 million to comply with financial regulations but (via Nottingham Forest) Man City were allowed to spend up to £130 million to buy him in spite of being in breach of financial regulations (according to the independent panel). Hmm.

What a feeling! 🖤🤍
I’m incredibly proud to extend my contract with Newcastle United. This club means so much to me, and I’m grateful for everyone's trust and support.
Thanks to my teammates, staff and most importantly, the supporters.
We’ve got big things ahead. ⚫️⚪️
Mad man
pissed at a water park in Cyprus. Some local starts pointing at my shorts. I thought I was pissing myself, then he said “Sunderland ‘til I Die”.. I said “yes, Sunderland”.. he shouted “Fuck the Mags” & the whole queue for the Nautilus Screw started cheering. Mad experience. #safc

Selling Lewis Hall to Man Utd and replacing him with Lewis Hall was the best business of the window, IMO. #NUFC

🚨 EXCL: Lewis Hall has spoken with Northumbria Police over the past 48 hours in relation to constant harassment and digital stalking.
🫣 His parents are worried that their little superstar is being targeted online by people with no friends, not allowing him to concentrate on playing for United.
🗣️He has put forward two names, who have a small internet following that somehow makes them think they’re important and above the law.
🚨 I can reveal to you exclusively via my sources at Sky, that the two people in question are @AdamJoseph and @bethTmufc.
🚓 Northumbria Police have reached out to the AFP in relation to Adam Joseph, as he isn’t even based in Manchester 🤯
🤐 Beth, who we believe is one of the hosts on the Man U stand, or whatever it’s called, the target audience, of course, is plastic African fans, was unavailable for comment earlier, which is a good thing, as her accent is bloody dreadful.
🚨 I’ll bring you more on this when I get it. #NUFC #ManU
Frustrating but a 21 year old Belgian is always likely to choose London. 👀

In the last 12 months Newcastle have lost Isak, Gordon, Tonali & Guimaraes. Their 4 best players.
On top of that, today they were missing Burn, Livramento, Joelinton, Osula & Pope to injury.
Spurs have a £1.2billion squad. And they just got humiliated at home.

Tonali to Spurs, Bruno to Arsenal, Gordan to Barcelona. Atleast this is the window where Newcastle fans learn their place in the food chain. No matter how rich their owners are, they will always be a stepping stone club just like Villa.
🚨 Arsenal nearing total agreement with Newcastle United to sign Bruno Guimaraes. Desire among all parties to bring situation to close + deal now on course for completion - 28yo awaiting #NUFC permission to undergo medical & seal #AFC switch @TheAthleticFC nytimes.com/athletic/7433264…

Watched some of Jaissle’s matches vs the rest of the big Saudi teams and he was always had a plan to hurt them. His results vs Liverpool & Spurs showed similar. He preyed on Liverpool’s midfield weakness in transition. And Spurs hold their defensive line poorly so he looked to attack their flanks with long balls finding runs in-behind. Dedic exploiting Robertson with a late run was a play he looked for often. He is an excellent big game coach.
