@saaketsharmax and I took a goal this friday - finish hyrox bengaluru 2027. This would drop weight. fix my lipids and liver along the way. what i didn't have was the bandwidth to run the loop. so this weekend i built a hyrox agent. a whatsapp agent that plans my training, meals and tracks everything. every sunday it plans the week. 6 workouts, 21 meals for me + partner, grocery list, supplement schedule, 28 reminders timed to the plan. pulls hevy + strava daily. compares actuals to plan. rewrites next week's lifts. refuses bad swaps with the real reason. asked if i could swim instead of running today. it knew today was strength. it also knew swapping tomorrow's run for swim breaks hyrox prep. it said no and told me why. shipping next week: voice notes to my cook in hindi, direct ordering from blinkit and bb now, friend onboarding. waitlist coming. reply if you want one.

Watched the first half of @selecaoportugal @FAWales - @Cristiano should really stop embarrassing himself. Its a hate crime to his own legacy what he is doing out there on the pitch.

We've raised $1.8M in pre-seed funding to navigate the ocean. A new kind of compass: quantum sensors read Earth's magnetic field; AI turns it into position. The Universal Positioning System.

In the 1970s, Steve Jobs and Bill Gates helped bring personal computing to the world. For individuals & enterprises. But before the computer became personal, it had to be imagined. At Xerox PARC, researchers were building the future before the world knew what to do with it. And even before that, in 1968, Douglas Engelbart at the 'Mother of all demos' asked: “If, in your office, you as an intellectual worker were supplied with a computer display backed up by a computer that was alive for you all day and was instantly responsive to every action you had, how much value could you derive from that?” That was the question then. Today, we have research-grade intelligence in our hands. We have compute. We have tools that can write, design, reason, code, edit, and build with us. We have the world as our canvas. So the question is simple: What will you make? As builders, we have always loved this part. The feeling that something new is trying to come alive. This Saturday, we are hosting builders, founders, operators, and creatives working on their own projects at Sanctuary Parc. Come make something for yourself. Come make something for the world. Come make something with us at Parc. Register from the link in the replies!

Ever since I became a hyrox paglu, my instagram reel section is filled with crazy high protein recipes. Some of them are really cool, but i keep saving them and then forget about it. It was Friday night and i wanted to give fable 5 a try. Added a feature to my hyrox agent where I can just forward an instagram url and it will save the recipe and bring it up during our sunday meal planning session :)

There is a transition here for people across the workforce: the working world needs fewer measurers and more builders More revenue means there will be more activity and more building, and in the shorter term less measuring
Cloudflare CEO Prince on how AI changes who gets laid off first: Two weeks ago I laid off more than 20% of my workforce. I didn’t do it because Cloudflare is struggling. We posted record revenue growth, have strong free cash flow and are adding an unprecedented number of customers around the world. I did it because business is changing, and to win the future, Cloudflare needs to change with it. We haven’t found another example in U.S. business history of a public company growing at more than 30% that laid off more than 20% of its workforce. Yet what we did is likely going to become the norm over the next year. This is a story about artificial intelligence, but executives and commentators are misunderstanding how it will disrupt business and who will be affected. AI isn’t coming for builders or sellers, but it is coming for measurers. Tireless, independent, efficient and available, AI systems can now measure an organization with a level of objective detail and precision that was previously impossible even for the best employees. For Cloudflare, internal audit previously picked a handful of business risk areas to scrutinize each quarter. Now we’re moving to a system in which every business risk is audited continuously. We’re closing our books faster. We’re making fewer mistakes and catching the ones we do more reliably. And, as CEO, I’ve never had better tools to measure exactly how the business is performing, including identifying our rising stars. The vast majority of those we laid off last week were measurers. We cut middle managers across the organization because AI allows us to have more direct reports per manager while still measuring and mentoring our teams effectively. We consolidated our operations functions into a single group that can support teams across the business, using AI to gain specific expertise when needed. We significantly reduced our marketing team, which, like in most companies, was teeming with measurers. Across our finance team, we found opportunities to consolidate and automate. We received almost a million applicants for 1,111 paid internships this summer. The interns we hired are extremely qualified and AI-native. They’re all builders or sellers, and we expect that the majority will get full-time offers.

You’re so scared to ship anything without testing. Government just tested something on production.
